One of our manufacturing clients is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join their growing advanced assembly line for high-reliability magnetic components. The purpose of a Manufacturing Technician is to fabricate and/or assemble products for customers in the Space, Defense, Aerospace and High-Reliability industries. This is accomplished through machine or hand winding, soldering, molding, core-bonding, stamping/engraving and testing. As a Manufacturing Technician you will be assigned to Winding, Assembly, Molding, Hi-Reliability, or Testing as your primary area and as time and opportunity allow, will be cross-trained in other areas. This role is responsible for preparing equipment and the work area before each shift as well as follow schematics to assemble parts under a microscope. They must be able to interpret 2D electrical component drawings and manufacture parts per instructions with the ability to flag errors on the drawings and instructions. Facilities & Engineering Electrician Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, including power distribution panels, MCCs, transformers, branch circuits, motors, VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, and lighting systems. PRIMARY PURPOSE: To maintain all mall owned and operated heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment in order to provide safe, efficient and effective operation. This position is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to assist the operations department in handling emergencies at the property level. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Work in cooperation with other contracted mechanical services as retained by management. Report all situations requiring emergency and/or immediate action to the appropriate personnel. Troubleshoot various systems including plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other systems as required to determine source of malfunction and repair. Key Responsibilities Install, wire, and maintain motors, drives (VFD/servo), and electrical components. Perform troubleshooting on DC, single-phase, and three-phase wiring systems. Size and install breakers, fuses, wires, and transformers according to specifications. Configure and maintain safety circuits, safety modules, and protective devices. Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot control systems (0-10 VDC, 4-20 mA, PNP/NPN). Identify and replace motors and components, ensuring compatibility. Perform insulation and phase-to-phase testing (including megger testing). Program and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks (Ethernet communications, SAP integration, etc.). Document wiring changes, maintain schematics, and update records. Support production teams with troubleshooting to minimize downtime. This position provides support for the proprietary electronics test fixtures used in our warehouse automation, document scanning and high-speed mail extraction equipment. Candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of board test/repair fixtures, performing component-level failure analysis of Field returned PCBAs, supporting the development engineers with their projects as well as supporting Electrical Assembly.
