In this role, you will support the production of pharmaceutical drug products (parenteral or solid dosage) for both commercial distribution and clinical trials. You will operate manufacturing equipment, follow strict regulatory guidelines, and ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment that requires precision, teamwork, and a commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing and material handling equipment in accordance with SOPs and cGMP standards. Accurately document all activities in real-time using controlled documentation systems. Perform in-process testing, weight checks, and basic calculations. Clean and sanitize rooms, tools, and equipment to maintain a sterile environment. Support cross-functional manufacturing areas as needed. Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE gowning procedures. Complete all required training in a timely and compliant manner. Perform other duties as assigned.
