Performs accuracy testing and performs calibration adjustments on gas measurement equipment such as meter instrumentation and meter volume correctors; Completes maintenance and calibration adjustments, as needed, on SCADA field equipment; Verifies programming configuration of SCADA Remote Terminal Units, electronic meter correctors, and industrial AMR units.
Responds to industrial AMR (Automated Meter Reading) system dropped/disconnected calls, making repairs to AMR or telecommunication equipment as required.
Plans, monitors and performs preventative maintenance as determined and scheduled during testing. Tracks maintenance schedules in the Work Management System (WMS).
Performs emergency response maintenance as needed, conducting on-site troubleshooting and corrective measures to gas measurement equipment.
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the communication link between field devices and corporate database servers.
Constructs new facilities and installs modifications to existing facilities according to PGS Engineering designs and instructions. Works with division and corporate personnel in the installation of electrical and electronic interfaces for SCADA, telemetry, electronic measurement, chromatograph and odorization systems. Replaces field electronic equipment to insure effective integration.
Completes all required calibration documentation utilizing the work management system and ensures procedures follow accepted engineering principles and company policies and procedures.

Job summary: The QRT (Quality Response Team) Technician inspects and prepares manufactured products for customer delivery/shipment, demonstrates the functionality, operation of apparatus for customers and dealers during inspection. Responsibilities:
* Perform QRT Process as defined by accounting and revenue recognition.

The Engineer Technician is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repair at the World Equestrian Center. The Engineering Tech is expected to report to Chief Engineer or Supervisor upon arriving to work to receive work to be one for the day, as well as give or receive Shift Turnover communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot any maintenance problems and repair.
* Complete all work orders that are assigned by any department.
* Monitor/take readings of all heating/cooling and water systems daily.
* Repair and troubleshoot equipment if needed.
* Complete work on HVAC equipment and troubleshoot if necessary.
* Woodworking, wallpapering, painting, & dry walling
* Troubleshoot and complete minor electrical repairs.
* Perform rooms preventative maintenance program as directed.
* Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor (s)

The Tissue Processing Tech position at RTI represents the primary production role at RTI. This role has a very clear and defined career path with training and development from entry-level to highly skilled biotech worker. Employees will develop technical skills in their assigned areas, an understanding of the rules and regulations that RTI administers, and the basic operating approach at RTI including reading, understanding, and following work instructions; working in a team environment; and learning to work with minimal supervision.
SHIFT:

Day: 6am-2pm

DAY IN THE LIFE:
Technicians arrive for their shifts and enter our locker rooms to dress in Personal Protective Equipment which includes scrubs, gloves, masks, shoe covers, and occasionally other items. After scrubbing in through an aseptic sterile technique process, technicians enter our "Core" which is comprised of several clean rooms. From there, our team is headed to different rooms for different processes. Some of our teams work on:
CNC machines which use computer-technology to precision-cut grafts
Preparing the donated tissue to be processed by other departments
Tissue sterilization and packaging
Tissue receiving, tracking, and freezing
CORE instrument and materials packaging and delivery (Materials Techs)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs tissue processing activities that produce the highest level of quality and yield outcomes in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
Responsible for accurately processing tissue products and meeting production schedules.
Works safely, dons appropriate PPE, and applies excellent aseptic techniques in a clean room / controlled environment performing individual tasks or contributing to a team effort.
Understands requirements to properly dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Accurately completes paperwork and performs data entry in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
Stores and moves tissue in appropriate locations to ensure accurate inventories of tissue in-process
Performs cycle count activities in accordance with SOP's.
Assists in the review and update of SOP's, work instructions and procedures
Technical expert of tissue processing in learned competencies and advisor for colleagues and engineers in areas of tissue processing techniques and improvement opportunities

Job Purpose:
The Controls Technician is the PCIS systems owner for the production areas and responsible for eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses. The PCIS Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining all site equipment. Also including the following:

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces
Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).

Preferred Qualifications:
2-year Technical Degree (Electrical/Electronic/Controls/Automation)
2+ years Instrumentation & Electrical, Electronics, or Factory Controls & IT experience, including production system troubleshooting and problem resolution
Server Administration, Virtual Infrastructure Administration, & Database Administration knowledge
Possess or can obtain Operational Electrical Qualification Certificate (must be able to work independently on live electrical panels)
What will be your Key Responsibilities?
Excellent communication skills required
Demonstrate the ability to analyze and test applications for Factory Control systems
Good understanding of Rockwell 5000 and Siemens Step 7 Controls Systems environments including ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Factory Talk, and Step 7.
Ability to work well with user departments to provide operational support in the use of HMI terminals, along with software applications on Control Systems
Understanding of industrial networks including, but not limited to, Ethernet, Profibus, and ProfiNet
Ability to troubleshoot programs residing in Siemens, and/or Rockwell Automation PLC Control Systems preferred
In-depth knowledge of installation, programming, and troubleshooting of VFDs, Servo Drives, and sensors.
Must have strong electrical troubleshooting skills of complex industrial manufacturing equipment
Field service experience preferred

Skill Requirements:
Calibrate, operate, troubleshoot and maintain the equipment

Lab safety and infection prevention is of paramount importance

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Tissue Processing Tech position at RTI represents the primary production role at RTI. This role has a very clear and defined career path with training and development from entry-level to highly skilled biotech worker. Employees will develop technical skills in their assigned areas, an understanding of the rules and regulations that RTI administers, and the basic operating approach at RTI including reading, understanding, and following work instructions; working in a team environment; and learning to work with minimal supervision.
SHIFT:
This position offers multiple full-time shift opportunities (and shift differential pay) depending on the hiring area and need. Possible shift opportunities:
Day: 6am-2pm
Evening: 2pm-10pm (+$1.25/hr)
Night: 10pm-6am (+$2.25/hr)
Some 4/10s and Weekend (+$1.50/hr) shifts are available as needed
DAY IN THE LIFE:
Technicians arrive for their shifts and enter our locker rooms to dress in Personal Protective Equipment which includes scrubs, gloves, masks, shoe covers, and occasionally other items. After scrubbing in through an aseptic sterile technique process, technicians enter our "Core" which is comprised of several clean rooms. From there, our team is headed to different rooms for different processes. Some of our teams work on:
CNC machines which use computer-technology to precision-cut grafts
Preparing the donated tissue to be processed by other departments
Tissue sterilization and packaging
Tissue receiving, tracking, and freezing
CORE instrument and materials packaging and delivery (Materials Techs)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs tissue processing activities that produce the highest level of quality and yield outcomes in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
Responsible for accurately processing tissue products and meeting production schedules.
Works safely, dons appropriate PPE, and applies excellent aseptic techniques in a clean room / controlled environment performing individual tasks or contributing to a team effort.
Understands requirements to properly dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Accurately completes paperwork and performs data entry in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
Stores and moves tissue in appropriate locations to ensure accurate inventories of tissue in-process
Performs cycle count activities in accordance with SOP's.
Assists in the review and update of SOP's, work instructions and procedures
Technical expert of tissue processing in learned competencies and advisor for colleagues and engineers in areas of tissue processing techniques and improvement opportunities
Performs duties to support key annual performance metrics for operations
Participate in continuous improvement activities in team meetings and other formal and informal settings.
RECOMMENDED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
