Summary:
The manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled in an efficient manner, meeting customer quality and expectations and on-time delivery specifications.
Responsibilities:
* Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing product

This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with day-shift counterparts to ensure seamless 24/7 operations.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform all core manufacturing functions during the night shift, ensuring uninterrupted operations and product availability.
• Lead and support other team members working nights, reinforcing manufacturing goals, standards, and behaviors on and off the manufacturing floor.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements (CFR, FDA, OSHA, MN DHS) during night operations.
• Complete routine cleaning, equipment setup, daily checks, and operation of manufacturing equipment following CGMP, SOPs, and aseptic techniques.
• Perform accurate documentation and calculations per SOPs and CGMP guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field such as chemistry, engineering, or biology and/or an equivalent of relevant years of experience in the field required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in an FDA CGMP regulated environment with 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211 required. Experience is Part 212 is also acceptable.
• Experience in aseptic processing and techniques required.
• Manufacturing experience in radiopharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, biologics, or cell/gene therapy is required.
• Experience working with hot cells and automated processing equipment strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and scientific background is required.
• Must be capable of providing front line troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and process issues and can properly elevate concerns and issues to appropriate personnel.

THE FINE PRINT:
The salary range in Minnesota is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Please note that compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

Responsibilities
Schedule: Monday - Friday
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Maximize asset reliability to ensure the plant meets sales and operation plan. Prioritize and plan work orders. Determine threats to equipment reliability and develop plans to address them. Support Operations and Engineering to grow with reliability in mind. Complete job duties in a manner that supports all plant safety, quality, food safety, and environmental practices.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Demonstrate and ensure safe work practices.
* Support, implement, and maintain food safety practices as required through SQF.
* Plan work orders including part selection and development of work plans.
* Maximize line work completed on maintenance days and during runs.
* Manage maintenance projects using internal and external resources.
* Proactively identify failures using experience and partnerships with predictive maintenance techs and operations personnel.
* Track and report mean time between failures and develop improvement strategy for bad actors. Report this strategy to operations and maintenance leadership.

* Work with Project Managers and Engineers on equipment purchases, modifications, and projects to ensure systems are reliable and maintainable.
* Lead and maintain the site's reliability strategy (criticality analysis, PM optimization, training, etc.).

We are seeking an electrical test technician who enjoys working as a member of a team to support, improve & drive elements of our quality standards. This position is responsible for end of line Testing, Programming and Verification of our manufactured units. This position will report to our Quality Leader and will work collaboratively with other parts of the organization and team members to maximize success for Trystar and our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Utilize Trystar specifications, drawings, certified electrical standards, and customer orders to ensure product matches requirements.
Check materials, procedures and mechanical or electrical systems to ensure customers get high-quality, functional products.
Responsible for testing of products at various points in the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to customer requirements.
Perform standard testing processes on a variety of equipment.
Diagnosing errors or technical problems.
Recommendations to resolve testing problems or equipment malfunctions.
Results recording of performed inspections and maintain test records.
Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.
Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements: Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to read and understand one-lines, schematics, and ladder diagrams.
Ability to read and verify electrical verbiage/standards and apply it to the product.
Ability to verify electrical components in a product and use meter equipment.
Ability to read, review engineering specifications, and blueprints to and determine if product is in conformance.
Experience 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Journeyman Electrician
Experience 3+ years in electrical or facilities management environments
Awareness of electrical standards or compliance certifications (UL, ETL, CSA)
Understand principles of electricity, electrical components, and physics pertinent to, and methods used in testing electric equipment.
Ability to use the NEC 2020 code book on products to make sure they meet code standards
Knowledge of Hazards involved in working on or near energized equipment and proper safety precautions.
Ability to problem solve.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize efficiently.
Strong communications skills with excellent teamwork skills to resolve issues/concerns.
Analytical and computer skills with experience with Epicor ERP / MRP or similar and Microsoft 365.
