Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Shop Chemical Processing Technician to join our team in Springdale, OH! The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating clean and strip operations on components for engine overhaul, assembly, and test. The Shop Chemical Processing Technician performs cleaning and stripping of aerospace components, operates and maintains chemical processing equipment, and documents production data while ensuring quality control through regular checks and analysis of samples during production.
Job Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Stripping: Clean and strip aerospace components using various cleaning agents, solvents, and equipment. Remove paint, corrosion, rust, and other contaminants from surfaces to prepare them for inspection and repair.
Operate and maintain chemical processing equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment including cleaning, calibration, and minor repairs.
Conduct regular quality control checks on chemicals and final products to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
Collect and analyze samples during production for testing and analysis purposes.
Document and record production data including batch records, operating parameters, and test results.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineers, chemists, and maintenance technicians to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize production processes.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines when handling and using cleaning agents and equipment.
Metallurgical Laboratory (Met-Lab) Tasks: Prepare samples for metallurgical analysis using cutting, grinding, polishing, and etching techniques. Conduct metallurgical tests and examinations, such as microstructure analysis, hardness testing, and grain size measurement. Interpret and analyze metallurgical data to identify material properties, defects, and anomalies.
Equipment and Inventory Management: Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate and reliable performance. Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning agents, solvents, consumables, and spare parts. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance and repair activities. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to minimize hazards and risks in the MRO shop.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and performing clean and strip operations on components used in engine overhaul, assembly, and testing.
They will also develop proficiency in various specialized manufacturing processes. The candidate will also grow their skillset to be able to handle increased duties, responsibilities and activities. Must be able to perform in a self-directed team environment.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED with 2-3 years of chemical processing experience
Must be able to read and write with strong oral and written communication skills in English

Ability and willingness to follow all health, waste, and chemical regulations
Must be able to stand/walk and lift engine parts

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for self-motivated and driven individuals who can support and promote a team atmosphere. This individual will do so by providing basic crop handling responsibilities, including pruning, and maintaining vine crops; harvesting leafy greens, tomatoes, and herbs; and performing quality inspections. Clearly communicate SOP's that are associated with the crop program that they are assigned to work with.
Help in creating SOP's for specific crop programs.
Participate in trial results presentations for trials you have been working on 1:1 with the lead crop specialist.
Keep up with maintenance of NCD sensors inside of grow zones.
Make decisions on trial changes when needed, with consultation from Crop Specialist.
Supervise day-to-day operations of research trials which include system maintenance and plant care. Plant care includes: irrigation scheduling, mixing fertilizer, pollination when needed, harvesting, pruning, seeding, transplanting, pest monitoring, etc.
Maintaining seed inventory for crop programs associated with.
Meet with the Lead Crop Specialist to go over future trial plans.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for self-motivated and driven individuals who can support and promote a team atmosphere. This individual will do so by providing basic crop handling responsibilities, including pruning, and maintaining vine crops; harvesting leafy greens, tomatoes, and herbs; and performing quality inspections. This individual will follow good manufacturing practices critical to food safety and to their team. R&D technicians will gain the hands-on experience and the initial skills needed to help promote advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Seed & harvest leafy greens, tomatoes, and herbs on commercial scale
* Basic crop maintenance, such as pruning
* Complete data collection and documentation to ensure traceability and inventory accuracy
* Operate machinery including scissor lift, automated seeder, & automated harvester
* Sanitation of farm materials
* Follow all GMP's to ensure food safety
* Priva scheduling changes.
* Maintaining priva pH and EC sensors.
* Creating lighting Programs for crop specialists
* Execute planned trials and scheduled data events in a timely manner by collaborating with the lead crop specialist, operations manager, and other technicians.
* Clearly communicate SOP's that are associated with the crop program that they are assigned to work with.
* Help in creating SOP's for specific crop programs.
* Participate in trial results presentations for trials you have been working on 1:1 with the lead crop specialist.
* Keep up with maintenance of NCD sensors inside of grow zones.
* Make decisions on trial changes when needed, with consultation from Crop Specialist.
* Supervise day-to-day operations of research trials which include system maintenance and plant care. Plant care includes: irrigation scheduling, mixing fertilizer, pollination when needed, harvesting, pruning, seeding, transplanting, pest monitoring, etc.
* Maintaining seed inventory for crop programs associated with.
* Meet with the Lead Crop Specialist to go over future trial plans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules may be subject to change in order to meet City needs or operational requirements. Plans and selects the most efficient metering installation for commercial and large power customers.
Helps training of subordinate technicians by sharing knowledge and overseeing and coordinating work.
Makes recommendations to the Assistant Electric Utilities Manager concerning load management, power factor correction, and other substation-related problems.
Makes field tests of large commercial and industrial meter installations.
Reads large power meters monthly. Maintains meter location records as well as ALL test records.
Repairs, calibrates, and programs substation relays and rests and performs periodic maintenance on all substation devices, including oil and vacuum breakers, transformer tap changers, and main substation transformer.
Performs “in shop” testing and programming of electrical meters (mechanical and electronic) as well as component testing of electrical and electronic devices.
Offers technical advice to other electrical personnel. Helps troubleshoot complicated electrical problems.
Meets with customers, or investigates complaints regarding high electric bills or voltage problems. Provides voltage monitoring for verification.
