When required to go to a wellsite, employees will rideshare with multiple employees. Given these conditions employees are required to wear company mandated and issued personal protective equipment (PPE) (fire retardant coveralls, arc flash suits, safety hat, steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear protection, high voltage gloves, and impact gloves) and must strictly adhere to all safety policies. Electronic Technicians are regularly required to lift heavy objects; therefore, Electronic Technicians must be able to lift 49 lbs. independently and 50 to 100 lbs. with a team lift. Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on job demands.
