Job Title: Final Test Technician Location: Chandler, AZ The Final Test Technician must have the ability to interact with customers and coworkers at a professional level and be able to work independently. May involve installation and troubleshooting issues at domestic and international customer sites. Qualifications 5+ years of System Test/Field Service experience within semiconductor field or other capital equipment arena. Good understanding of electro/mechanical aspects of semiconductor equipment. Demonstrated experience and understanding of typical semiconductor capital equipment areas such as electro/mechanical, robotic, plc control, pneumatic, heater control, electronics and electrical. Proficiency with common hand tools: wrench, Allen key, screw drivers, digital meter, temp probe, etc. Excellent communication and customer interface skills (internal and external customers). Ability to develop action plans for problem resolution and present to both internal and external customers. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently or in a team to close out assigned tasks with little supervision. Demonstrated ability to complete assignments effectively with attention to detail in a demanding environment. Demonstrated ability to write/redline technical test & service procedures and customer-presentable reports. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Position may require travel up to 50% to support US and non-US customers. Trips may range from 2-3 days up to 8 weeks at a time. Circumstances may also require longer stays. Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record. Valid passport required (can be obtained after hiring). Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or Technology preferred.
