Shall restrain items to prevent hog and sag deformation prior to measurement. Provide Tolerance Measurement Study upon completion. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare measurement reports per customer specifications. Determine if first article parts are acceptable.

Job Overview
Facilitates the repair and maintenance of all UPS and switchgear systems. The Switchgear Technician will provide for the daily (UPS) uninterrupted power supply and switchgear maintenance operations for all assigned facilities. The Technician will also perform breaker testing on all electrical and mechanical equipment in all facilities. The incumbent receives and evaluates work orders and requests, investigates requests or problems where appropriate and completes the necessary repairs. The incumbent may be required to perform the required tours of all fuel storage tanks on campus and respond to alarms.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Assists with scheduling and maintenance of all airframe switchgear breakers.
* Troubleshoots repairs, replaces and performs electrical/electronic maintenance on UPS and switchgear Save equipment operating at less than 600 volts.
* Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and service calls on Uninterrupted Power Supplies, switchgears and associated batteries.
* Prepares large scale outage events. Duties will include, but not limited to: walkouts, temporary power requirements, impact determination and updating one-line drawings.
* Coordinates work of vendor and act as subject matter expert for all third-party requirements.
* As required, performs periodic tours on UPS and switchgear equipment operating at voltages less than 600 volts. Maintain required log records.
* Provides maintenance, emergency response, and equipment start-up and/or field modification.
* Discusses with technical support problems related to maintenance or operation of equipment.
* Interpret wiring diagrams in order to locate failures.
* Performs required tours of all fuel storage tanks on campus and respond to fuel alarms as needed.
* Plans and lays out work from blueprints, drawings, models, and verbal and written instructions.
* Plans and organizes work to meet all deadlines. Able to do a variety of tasks in any single day.
* Coordinates with other trade and warehouse personnel in the identification of proper and correct materials, parts assemblies and requirements for a variety of requisitions necessary for the job/task.
* Perform stock inventories and prepare material requisitions for replacement items as required.
* Operates customer or company owned motor vehicles and/or other equipment.
* Supports and assists other department staff and trade groups as needed or directed.
* May be required to work with other entities during large scale outages.
* Adheres to the established CFS safety and personnel policies and standard operating procedures.
* Ability to work overtime as needed.
* Performs other duties as assigned including supporting CMMS and other departments.

Mandatory:

Full Visibility is seeking an Electronic Technician to work in Quantico, VA. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance. The Electronic Technician must have experience with weekly assigned quality assurance and functional testing of state\-of\-the\-art GPS and tracking devices, systems, and peripherals.
The successful candidate will perform daily validation tests on software and\/or hardware (including firmware) upgrades received from third party vendors on cell\-site simulators, they will also work with vendors of equipment, to maintain knowledge of and obtain new software\/hardware (including firmware) releases or fixes. The Electronic Technician will perform functional testing on systems that are returned from vendors, and coordinate their repair with the vendors.
The successful candidate will assemble tracking devices and custom circuitry, and ensure there is a sufficient supply for emergencies; and will interface with the Geospatial Information Systems Program (GISP) in order to maintain the Access Control List for tracking devices; as well as provide status reports, cross\-training, and documentation support.
This position requires removing, repairing, modifying, servicing, and installing various types of electronic components, including but not limited to electronic transmitting, receiving and GPS equipment. The Electronic Technician will assemble, solder, connect, and inter\-wire electronic components; perform maintenance, alignment, configuration, and testing of equipment; follow engineering drawings, schematics, safety procedures, standards, and technical manuals to accomplish assigned tasks. The candidate will demonstrate working knowledge of DC circuit troubleshooting and repair, basic electronics test equipment, and an understanding of GPS systems
