Conduct Site inspections to take and confirm measurements, document existing conditions and gather other field data necessary to maintain space planning and existing building drawings and documentation 17. Manages access for MHS staff for online systems related to the electronic drawing system. 18. Develop space test fits, blocking diagrams, and early-stage conceptual plans that explore multiple layout options. 19. Translate meeting notes, stakeholder feedback, and functional requirements into clear visual plans that support decision-making. 20. Work collaboratively with project managers to refine layouts, explore alternatives, and adjust plans based on clinical workflows, building infrastructure, equipment needs, and regulatory guidelines. 21. Apply math to calculate electrical power equation pertinent to the maintenance field. Understands electrical control panel and machinery safety standards (UL 508A, NEC, NFPA). Able to interpret and modify engineering drawings for electrical control panels as well as P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram). Responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software. Assist in the supervision/training of in-house technical personnel as well as customer plant personnel in repairing, overhauling, installing, testing, and inspecting mechanical and electromechanical equipment. Reviews reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems. Provides electrical and controls support to customers and GEA personnel as needed, including troubleshooting, and hardware/software modifications. Maintain and update electrical schematics, engineering drawings for production, and technical documentation for new and existent equipment. Familiarity with process controls, motor controls, instrumentation, automation principles, and industrial networking. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures utilized in machine control systems. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human machine Interfaces (HMI) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). In this hands-on position, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives, use a hands-on approach with production teams and the Product Engineering team to create clear, comprehensive digital work instructions, and perform data-driven analyses to optimize plant capacity and throughput. Use a hands-on approach with production teams and the Product Engineering team to develop, maintain, and update digital work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and attribute sheets to reflect current best practices. Conduct capacity studies and time-motion analyses to identify bottlenecks, calculate cycle times, and recommend resource adjustments. Assist with tooling and fixture design verification, equipment qualification, and validation testing. Participate in safety and quality audits, documenting findings and helping implement remediation plans. Facilitate communication between engineering, quality, maintenance, and production teams to ensure alignment on process changes and project timelines. Support training efforts by delivering clear work instructions and hands-on guidance to operators and technicians. Contribute to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. This position may be located in the “administrative section” of a manufacturing facility. You will be exposed to a variety of smells due to the manufacturing process. You will also exposed to moderate noise coming from the manufacturing area. Eye protection and steel toed footwear is required if you go on the manufacturing floor.

In this role, you will utilize a variety of test procedures, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics to test, troubleshoot, and repair integrated unit-level assemblies and circuit board assemblies down to the component level. You will also support assembly processes for both unit subassembly and the final integration of unit-level assemblies. This is a 1st shift position (7am - 3:30pm). Responsibilities Perform in-circuit and functional tests and component-level troubleshooting on complex circuit card assemblies. Utilize mechanical skills to disassemble and reassemble products per drawings or other documents using common tools. Assemble, test, and troubleshoot subassembly-level components. Integrate, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex end-items. Essential Skills Proficiency in troubleshooting electronics and electrical components. Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent military training. Strong understanding of digital and analog circuitry and the ability to troubleshoot complex assemblies to the component level. Ability to comprehend written work instructions, electronic and mechanical drawings, and schematics. Capability to independently diagnose complex circuitry. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Creek, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
