About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

A Drive Test Technician is responsible for executing mobile and stationary RF testing to validate wireless network performance. This role supports engineering teams by collecting field data to optimize coverage, capacity, and quality of service across 5G technologies. This position requires 100% travel.
This position will support the Northeast region which consists of the following states:
WY, UT, CO, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, MN, IA, MO, AR, WI, IL, MI, IN, KY, TN, OH, WV, PA
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Drive Testing: Operate drive test equipment (e.g., TEMS Pocket, X-CAL, QXDM) in vehicles or on foot to collect RF data across designated routes and clusters.
Perform a Speed Test
Data Collection & Upload: Capture logs for RSRP, SINR, PCI, throughput, and scanner data. Upload results to centralized servers for post-processing and validation.
Properly follow the test files naming conventions.
Reporting: Communicate with Circet and client point of contacts throughout the process and to escalate issues as necessary.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.
Familiarity with wireless technologies: LTE, VoLTE, CDMA, 5G, MIMO, Carrier Aggregation strongly preferred.
1-3 years of experience in RF testing or field technician roles desired.
Experience with DAS, small cells, or CRAN installations is beneficial.
Must have good computer skills.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Job Summary:
As Engineering Technician, you play a key role in accelerating organizational success by maintaining and updating telecommunications mapping records. You collect mapping information and maintain accurate mapping records for the company.

You successfully fulfill the following essential duties and responsibilities:
You utilize your ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS:
Identify and implement ways to improve processes and increase work-flow effectiveness and efficiency.

Maintain close communication with operations staff to gather field information regarding telecommunications cables and associated facilities.
Support the company by completing other duties as assigned.
You use your TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Create and maintain detailed telecommunications mapping information in mapping software to identify current routes, equipment, splicing and facilities.
Verify data in mapping system and follow company procedures to ensure data accuracy.
Receive and review field data for accuracy and completeness and update discrepancies discovered by operations staff during locates.
Provide utility mapping support to internal and external customers and assist with data flow into and from the mapping system.
Assist with permitting and land easements
Perform mapping support functions, including updating internal maps, updating One-Call and managing USIC.
Update and maintain mapping software database, including accurate and timely input of drop records into company's mapping software.
Coordinate the mapping, inventory and reporting of network facilities, geographic boundaries, and subscriber plant information in the mapping system.
Provide correct field mapping information

You will meet the following educational, licensing, certification, and work experience requirements:
Two or more years of experience updating and maintaining telecommunication or utility mapping systems required.
High School diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or Associate's degree related to the position preferred.
Knowledge of OSP installation and maintenance technician activities telecommunication engineering and construction terminology preferred.
AutoCAD experience preferred.
Experience in office productivity software (email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, etc.).
Hold and maintain a valid driver's license; driving record must meet the criteria of the company's insurance carrier for acceptance of coverage.

Controls Engineering Intern

For Summer 2026 - The Bradbury Internship Program for the Controls Engineering Department has opportunities for individuals to work in various engineering and technical disciplines. Interns could work with our Startup Teams, Programming Teams, or Electrical Design Teams. It allows an intern to not only demonstrate their skills, technical aptitude, and understanding of control systems, but also show their personal strengths, desire to succeed, and ability to interact with others in a manufacturing setting - all done with the supervision, guidance and coaching of an experienced Controls Engineer. The time period must consist of no less than two months.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Setup EthernetIP communications on Rockwell based control components.
IP Address, Gateway Address, and Subnet Mask.
This setup is included on all networked components including Network managed switches, PLCs, I/O modules, HMIs, motion controls systems, and possibly 3rd party components such as bar code readers and printing systems.
Install PLC programming stored on a Bradbury Network drive into a completed machine using software and hardware located on our production floor.
Perform basic debug of the PLC logic making sure the Inputs and Outputs on the machine are functional and aligned correctly with the PLC programming (I/O Check).
Work with Controls Engineers to make sure no errors exist in the PLC program.
Tune motion control systems that could include Linear or Rotary servo motors or Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) controlling induction motors.
Perform Installation and setup of Human Machine Interface (HMI) terminals applications.
Install the system ‘image' and setup communications to the system control components.
Debug the interface screens to verify interface with the PLC and other control components.
Show programs written in C# in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Assemble programs and install them on Bradbury HMIs.
Develop operator interface graphical interface modules to interface the operator to the machine control.
Discuss the usage of the SQL database and how data can be imported and exported to and from a customer's production data or the Bradbury TSC part download software.
Show and explain PLC logic written in Rockwell Automation's RSLogix Studio platform.
Demonstrate the ladder logic created to operate on an AB Logix PLC that is reading sensor, switch, and position data and activating motor, valve, and indicator outputs based on a sequence of events or basic IF, AND, OR logic.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Able to respond to instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Basic shop knowledge - manufacturing processes.
