We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician with high-voltage experience to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems across industrial, commercial, and utility environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with 480V-15kV systems, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a technical team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and testing of high-voltage electrical equipment including switchgear, transformers, breakers, and motor control centers.
Troubleshoot electrical systems using meters, test equipment, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
Conduct preventive maintenance on 480V-15kV systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Execute high-voltage terminations, cable splicing, grounding, and insulation testing.
Assist in the commissioning and startup of new electrical systems and equipment.
Interpret and update electrical diagrams, single-line drawings, and wiring schematics.
Maintain strict adherence to NFPA 70E, OSHA regulations, and all lockout/tagout requirements.
Document work performed, test results, and equipment conditions accurately.
Collaborate with engineers, field teams, and contractors to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Participate in on-call rotations and support emergency response situations when needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience as an Electrical Technician, Industrial Electrician, or related role.
Strong knowledge of 480V, medium voltage (5kV-15kV) systems, switchgear, and protective devices.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Experience with multimeters, meggers, high-potential testers, and related tools.
Understanding of arc-flash safety, PPE requirements, and high-voltage work procedures.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Preferred:
Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent
NETA, OSHA 10/30, or NFPA 70E certification
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in field/industrial environments.
Comfortable working in elevated areas, confined spaces, and around energized equipment.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the coordination of the NDT equipment. This includes ordering as needed & backup parts, coordinating repair & calibration with outside NDT vendors, troubleshooting, and any other duties to maintain a high level of NDT testing & production as required. Supports other regional PTC Alliance and/or Metal-Matic facilities as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring and auditing of Nondestructive test equipment, operators, and reported test data.
Interface with vendors of NDT equipment to maintain calibration, troubleshoot, repair, update and modernize capability of equipment.
Assists Mill UT operator to set up & verify ultrasonic equipment on the welding mills.
Pursue and evaluate new equipment/technologies for NDT.
Assist in installation and/or design of new test equipment.
Responsible for repair and calibrations of Mill UT, equipment, inspection NDE equipment
Train & qualify NDT operators when Level II certificate is obtained.
Assists in gathering NDT data to support investigations on internal and external quality claims.
Repairs and maintains laser OD gauges on straighteners.
Maintain & troubleshoot Rea-Jet stencil systems & print heads.

We are looking for an Electronic Technician that will be responsible for effective operation of current plant process control, electronic, instrument, electrical, and mechanical equipment by performing preventative maintenance, calibrating, and troubleshooting, repairing and modifying equipment to keep the plant running efficiently. This is a 12 hour shift position working 3 or4 days per week
Ensure process control equipment is calibrated, running efficiently and to specifications.
Formats and establishes preventative maintenance procedures for process equipment and systems and insures proper compliance.
Modifies, configures, services, and maintains computer, microprocessor, and process controller systems throughout the plant
Operate and performs basic programming for microprocessors, process controllers, and various computers as required
Propose, appraise, and purchase new equipment for projects to enhance plant operation. Conducts surveys and evaluates results to determine efficiency and/or suitability of process control devices or systems.
Develops and conducts training sessions on process control systems and equipment for all levels of involved plant personnel.
