Join the ECI group's Professional Technical Services Network as an experienced IT Change Management Practitioner to support the SEAm Aspire Program within the Trading & Supply (T&S) and Endur landscape. This is a Houston based twelve month contract role with an anticipated start date of January 15, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026.

This role will partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to drive structured change management activities supporting system transformation, process improvements, and organizational readiness. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on change management experience within complex IT programs, preferably in Trading & Supply and Endur environments, and can lead change initiatives from strategy through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute change management activities across one or more IT workstreams within large transformation programs.
Develop and manage change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies.
Conduct change impact assessments and define mitigation actions to support successful adoption.
Design and deliver change deliverables to a business-ready standard.
Partner with IT Program and Project Managers to integrate change activities into delivery plans.
Drive measurable business outcomes through effective change execution for both Agile and traditional project environments.
Collaborate with peers across the organization to ensure consistency in change approach and messaging.
Support the business in building long-term change capability and sustainability.

Role Overview

Responsibilities:

Establishes, promotes, and assures quality on all projects and work performed by respective group. Assists Department Manager and/or Senior Director in scoping/estimating projects and developing fee and scope proposals when required. Monitors project execution and schedules to ensure satisfactory quality, schedule and budget performance. Performs technical oversight and coordinates checking/review of deliverables and other project documentation. Follows up on construction issues with design staff to resolve problems and concerns in a timely manner. Interfaces directly with the Client in a professional manner and with a ‘Customer Service' focus. Determines staffing needs to accommodate present and forecasted workload. Responsible for selection, development, training and retention of engineers, designers, and drafters within the group. Identifies training needs for staff and budgets, plans, coordinates, and conducts training as required. Evaluates work performance of personnel in conjunction with the Department Manager and Senior Director. Serves as Mesa's local lead supervisor, in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area, in support of directives from Mesa's Knoxville, TN based management/engineering organization.
