Due to excessive workload it provides job security.
All EMCAS cares about is bottom line. Not enough employees to provide proper work product and management doesn't care how it affects clients, insured's, agent's and employees. Refuses to hire needed employees. Provides employees with verbal baloney at a boy's instead of salary increases, as salary increase would impact the bottom line. Good experienced employees leave and management is happy as they can then replace with lower salary employees.
