They do not value their employees and pay them much lower then other companies would for the same positions. They use people as stepping stools until they find somebody else to replace them for less pay. Says it all right here the revenue per employee is over 100,000 grand per year. The average employee makes such a small fraction of that which is not even considered a livable wage today and this makes for a huge turnover rate which causes poor structure for the managers which are severely underpaid with salaries based off of the 1990s which sometimes finding themselves working for less than minimum wage at the end of the day just another multimillion dollar company that has know compassion for its employees or self value and uses there hard work to make the company richer. Modern day slavery at its finest.
