Plans and uses appropriate instructional/learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect accommodation for individual needs of students assigned. Prepares lessons that reflect accommodation for individual student differences. Presents the subject matter according to guidelines established by the Ohio Department of Education, board policies, and administrative regulations. Position Summary: The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to teach first-year composition, focusing on written communication, critical thinking, and research skills across various rhetorical modes.
