The PlantOperator is responsible for safely operating equipment for the handling and production of packaged gas cylinders, both for high pressure and liquefied gasses
* Loads and unloads gas cylinders and/or other products onto and off of route trucks and trailers moving cylinders with proper carts only.
* Sorts empty cylinders by type.
* Rolls cylinders and operates a forklift truck for the movement of cylinders on pallets.
* Understands hazards of various gases; size and contents of cylinders by reading and interpreting cylinder labels and the color-coding of tanks. Accurately labels cylinders.
* Handles high-pressure, medical and liquid cylinders. Prepares high pressure cylinders and cryogenic vessels for filling. Attaches to manifold, evacuates cylinders to eliminate all possible contaminants.
* Performs basic cylinder maintenance such as painting cylinders, labeling cylinders, and cleaning of work area.
* Inspects cylinders prior to filling, following standard procedures as required by government, Airgas, and distributor standards. Conducts a variety of Safety checks per procedures, such as odor tests, checking caps and valves. Fills cylinders by pressure and weight, per regulations and standards.
* Checks for cylinder quantities, styles and product, and/or assists with inventory
* Manages paperwork to DOT, FDA, OSHA, and Airgas standards. Completes quality control sheets as required.
* Complies with all government and company standards relating to the safe handling of hazardous materials/cylinder gases.

**Control Room Operator (CRO) - Role Overview**

The Control Room Operator (CRO) is responsible for optimizing production systems, managing process upsets, and collecting performance data. This role involves monitoring performance, recommending flow adjustments, and ensuring accurate documentation. The CRO oversees process equipment and stability systems, operating both in the field and via control room interfaces to maintain optimal pressure, temperature, and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage daily operational priorities, ensuring facility integrity and production optimization.
+ Operate, supervise, and adjust production systems, including fluid flow, separation, water handling, oil export, gas compression, and support systems.
+ Identify and report process safety and optimization issues promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:

The projects consist of general labor breaking up various types of deposits, which routinely build up in the manufacturing processes of our customers, by use of hydro-blasting equipment. At times, the technician will be required to wear respiratory protection including self-contained breathing apparatuses (SAR/SCBA's) and must maintain no more than a day's facial hair growth to allow a proper seal of all respiratory protection. Secure and maintain a minimum Class D license, allowing the employee to drive the truck from the shop to job site and back to the shop again, operating industrial vacuum trucks, tankers, hydro-blasters, etc.

The Midstream Operations Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintains a safe operating environment including the utilization of Stop Work Authority; follows all EQT policies and procedures.
Performs various duties associated with maintaining and operating midstream gathering system including compression, pipelines, storage, dehydration, measurement, and all associated appurtenances and equipment.
Operates, troubleshoots and performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs of pipelines and appurtenances, natural gas engines, electric motors, dehydration equipment, auxiliary equipment and gas compressors.
Performs pipeline maintenance tasks such as leak surveys, leak repair, methanol/odorant injection, valve maintenance, pigging, responding to One-Calls for line-locating, and troubleshooting pipeline restrictions and obstructions, such as hydrates.
Performs basic operational tasks such as line locating, emptying tanks, refilling fluids and inspecting tanks and facilities, and checking tank and equipment fluid levels.
Work with EQT's construction department on coordination of shut-downs, commissioning of pipelines and facilities, and participate in Pre-Safety Startup Review (PSSR) and Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) procedures for transferring ownership of new facilities and assets.
Successfully completes assignments as directed and within established timeframes. Accurately documents information as defined and utilize a computerized database for work orders, field data collection, and compliance reporting.

Start up, operate, and shut down systems according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor process parameters such as flow rates, pressures, torque, cake dryness, and filtrate clarity.
