Enloe Medical Center CEO and leadership

Kevin Woodward joined Enloe Medical Center in December 2010 as the director of Finance. His prior experience includes serving as the chief financial officer of the Fremont-Rideout Health Group, located in Yuba City, Calif., where he was responsible for the organization's financial and accounting services, information and technology services, purchasing and materials management, health information management, and patient financial services.

Kevin began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick and Deloitte, two international assurance, tax, and financial advisory service organizations. He served in the audit function, specializing in health care and financial services with an emphasis in Securities and Exchange Commission and statutory financial reporting clients.

His finance career includes roles of increasing responsibility in various industries, including health care, integrated waste, and environmental services and distribution.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from California State University, Chico, and a master's of health administration from Ohio University. Kevin is also a certified public accountant.

Brady Haynes served as director of Physician Development from 2012 until 2014 and vice president of Physician Enterprise from March 2014 until March 2020.

Brady is responsible for all aspects of Enloe Medical Center’s operations, physician services, population health and health care business development.

Prior to coming to Enloe, he was widely known as a successful business owner, consultant and entrepreneur. Brady has more than 30 years of experience in health care and served in the United States Navy as a Corpsman where he was honorably discharged in 1997.

Brady has a Bachelor of Science degree in business, a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in health care and a Doctoral of Healthcare Administration. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

He and his wife, Traci, are long-time Chico residents and have two sons.

James Moore is a M.D. (Chief of Staff Elect) at Enloe Medical Center.

Carol Linscheid joined Enloe Medical Center in 2004 as vice president of Human Resources.

Previously she was self-employed as a human resources consultant in Chico and served for 19 years as director of human resources with Blue Shield of California prior to that.

Carol has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Humboldt State University and a master's in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Rotary Club of the Chico Sunrise. Carol is also a certified mediator.

Sean Maiorano DO is a Partner at Chico Hospitalist Group, Vice President at Chico Hospitalist Group, and Chief of Staff Elect at Enloe Medical Center and is based in Chico California Area. He attended St. Joseph Medical Center between 2003 and 2006; Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine between 1998 and 2002; and California State University, Chico between 1994 and 1998.
