The CT Technologist performs routine and specialized imaging procedures in the application of the ionizing radiation in accordance with the established professional and departmental standards. Position Summary
The Porter/Groundskeeper plays a key role in enhancing and maintaining the curb appeal of the apartment community. This position is responsible for daily upkeep of the grounds, common areas, and amenities, as well as assisting the maintenance team in ensuring the property is well-managed and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities
General Duties
Conduct all work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws (e.g., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing).
Perform daily property walks to remove litter, debris, and pet waste. Key areas include: leasing office, pool, laundry, mail areas, walkways, stairwells, dumpster areas, parking lots, and recreation areas.
Perform “trash-out” duties in vacated units, including removal of furniture, boxes, and debris.
Clean and maintain dumpster/compactor areas and ensure doors are secured.
Detail the property regularly by raking, sweeping, shoveling, and using blowers to keep sidewalks and pathways clean.
Perform routine upkeep such as window/screen repairs, minor maintenance tasks, and touch-up painting.
Assist with “make-ready” units, shop organization, and resident communication distribution.
Support the maintenance team with physical tasks such as fence repairs, carrying equipment, and light repairs as needed.
Preventive Maintenance
Inspect and replace exterior lighting as needed.
If certified, assist with pool cleaning and maintenance.
Maintain awareness of property conditions and promptly report or address hazards.
Ensure storage areas are organized and locked when not in use.
Training
Complete all assigned Grace Hill courses by required deadlines. (Commissions/bonuses contingent upon completion.)
Qualifications
Previous groundskeeping, custodial, or maintenance experience preferred.
Must be able to meet physical requirements of the role.
Ability to follow directions, work independently, and support the team.

This position is primarily stationed at the Welcome Desk, where it serves as the first point of contact of the Navarro College Admissions Office to students, families, and the public. Plant Inventory Control Associate - KittingThe team member in this position accurately maintains daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while maintaining proper inventory rotation and storage.
Essential Functions
Navigates through an advanced ERP System in order to successfully execute all daily aspects of the “Inbound & Outbound” inventory operations.
Creates purchase orders (pallets, airgas etc.)
Processes all recycle and destruction loads
Ensures all finished goods, raw materials and sub-assembly components are maintained as per established guidelines and procedures.
Processes all non-conforming material in Agile
Coordinates with all involved parties to ensure accurate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMA's.
Responsible for verifying true time inventory transaction records in the company's ERP system.
Completes Oracle transaction activities from Receiving into Inventory, WIP, or Non-Conforming inventories.
Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all inventories by performing daily audits and maintaining a comprehensive Cycle Count program.
Completes Oracle transaction activities associated with material movements.
Responsible for the integrity, accuracy and control of all in house materials.
Compiles records by SKU, quantities, Sub-Inventories, and validate EBS Oracle inventories against physical counts to investigate and adjust errors in computation or count and reports reasons for discrepancies.
Maintains and compute inventory balance by running and preparing reports of inventory balances, shortages and discrepancies.
Organizes warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution per supervisor instructions.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily, monthly cycle counts and annual year-end physical inventories.
Assists in maintaining accurate inventory reports by sub organizations, RMA's, HFI's, and WIP.
Expired inventory disposition identification (SLOB).
Maintains product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO).
Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership.
Accomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management.
Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP's and all Niagara policies and procedures.
Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity.
