About the role:
As a Lead within our Strategy & Operations department, you will directly support the NetCredit P&L and tackle projects that ensure Enova is operating at peak performance, and continuously improving to provide the best possible experience for our hardworking customers. . Responsibilities:

Requirements:

8+ years of tangible work experience dealing with process improvement, management consulting or data analytics specifically in credit risk and or collections discipline.
Experience leveraging data and critical thinking to drive business decisions.
Experience using SQL or similar experience using large datasets.
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking through excellent written and oral communication skills.
Skilled in negotiating, influencing others, analytical thinking, leading others, and executing and implementing projects.

Compensation:
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $97,200 to $140,400. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. What You'll Do
Responsible for the review and understanding of lease and loan documentation as well as document packet preparation and to assist with negotiation and redlining of documents as needed

POSITION PURPOSE
As a Financial Partner you will be responsible for promoting the financial well-being of both existing and new members by building, maintaining, and deepening relationships through exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
