The management team doesn't have a clue about what's going on in their shop. The estimation team gives the assembly and machinists unrealistic times to finish the job. You spend most of your day attempting to find work to keep you busy so you don't get written up. This company is falling apart. The higher up bosses haven't been in the shop in over a year. The shop manager doesn't do his job whatsoever, he leaves his office once a week to see how things are going. The management is removing access to shop provided tools that are required to do your job, forcing you to go out and spent half of your paycheck on one tool so you don't get fired for not doing your job.

Being able to quit whenever you'd like, even if you want to quit on the spot. You can.

I dont like them so I have nothing to put in this. Most of enprotechs employees hate the leadership team.

I didn't, they wanted me for this position so I had very little that had to be done.

Absolutely horrible, there's no paid time off for injuries or medical issues. Speaking from experience, even if it's found that the company's at fault for your injuries, you don't get a single penny for compensation.

There's no diversity in this company, there's are way too many racists that work there to hire anyone diverse
