Job DescriptionDescription: DeSHAZO is seeking a highly mobile Safety Manager to oversee and support the Overhead Crane Service group across multiple states, with extensive travel required. This position focuses on providing direct safety oversight during installations, field service work, and customer site projects. The Safety Manager will report to the Safety Director and collaborate with service managers and field supervisors. This role is ideal for a safety professional who thrives in dynamic, customer-facing environments, can adapt quickly to changing site conditions, and is willing to spend significant time on the road supporting crews. Key Responsibilities Conduct frequent safety audits at customer sites, install projects, and field service operations. Provide immediate coaching and corrective action for unsafe behaviors or conditions. Aftermarket Service Sales Manager Reports To: Regional Manager, North The Aftermarket Service Sales Manager will be responsible for executing the company's service sales role, prospecting new customers, providing total customer service throughout the order life cycle, and provide aftermarket support as needed. An ideal balance of your weekly job would be 80% pursuing new business, and 20% completing office work. You will be required to work remotely with support from admins in other areas of the region, so being technologically competent is a must. The territory that this position covers is the State of Wisconsin (Clarified territory will be discussed upon interview). This position pays a competitive base salary plus a generous commission structure. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Engage in various sales activities to procure new accounts, increase market share, maintain and develop current accounts, and execute the company's overall sales strategy. Ability to work with typical shop equipment and power tools and operate overhead cranes and fork trucks with proficiency. Ability to inspect welded joints, grooves, angles, gap allowances, and related aspects of assembly to ensure conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, and related precision measuring instruments. Ability to check over engineering drawings and specifications to plan welding operations. Must be proficient in using and adjusting MIG welders to the proper amperage and voltage for welding with various sizes of flux core wire.
