Position Summary & Objective
Assembles products according to customer's requirements. Assembles and fits components according to assembly blueprints, manuals, engineering memos, sketches, and knowledge of machine construction to construct, rebuild, and repair machines and equipment using hand tools and power tools.
Essential Functions Performed by the Position
Creates plans for the disassembly and repair per the assembly procedures, following specifications provided and using knowledge gained by experience.
Verifies conformance of parts to stock list and blueprints using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers. Inspect parts to quality standards.
Aligns components for assembly, manually or with a crane.
Removes high spots and smooths surfaces using chisels, scrapers, files, and powered hand grinder. Assemble, set up, and operates machines to verify functionality, machine capabilities, and conformance to customer's specifications.
Form, bend, and fasten piping, fixtures, and attachments required to provide the machine with air, water, and oil. May bend and install pipe for hydraulic systems.
Verifies alignment and tolerances of moving parts using measuring instruments such as dial indicators and micrometers.
Installs moving parts such as shafts, levers, or bearings, and works them to test free movement and operation of assembly by hand. Test or assist in testing operation of completed product.
Align and mesh gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears.
Mounts and connects auxiliary, mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment. Cuts and fits pipes and tubing.
Test, or assist in testing, operation of completed product.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Solid mechanical skills. Must have mechanical ability to proficiently use cranes and other heavy tools and equipment that are normally required in daily assembly and disassembly operations.
Must own tools of the trade, and be able to use them effectively.
Ability to use judgment to plan, perform, and make decisions as to the sequence of operations and processes within the limitations of established or standard methods and procedures.
Must be able to interpret prints well enough to determine appropriate disassembly sequence for a variety of heavy equipment.
Ability to read, interpret a variety of assembly prints, and understand verbal and written instructions.
Capable of using small machine tools, drill presses, welders, cranes, and forklifts.
Basic computer skills and the ability to use basic shop math.
Ability to verbally communicate with team members, supervisors, and engineers.
Possess the physical strength and ability to safely handle heavy equipment and tools.
Ability to bend tubing, lube, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

The Regional Sales Manager - Central is responsible for selling equipment or services in the stamping, forging, steel, paper, or aluminum industries in the southern Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee region. Job Description
About the role
Starts devices to test their performance.
Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
Dismantles and repairs mechanical and electrical devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools.
Inspects parts to determine salvage ability or method of repairing or reworking parts.
Prepares and operates metal-working tools, such as engine lathes, milling, drilling, grinding, polishing, and buffing machines to repair parts.
Files, taps, reams, bends, straightens, or uses other methods to recondition parts, using hand tools.
Verifies dimensions and tolerances, using blueprints, scale, and precision-measuring instruments.
Initiate purchase order for parts and machines.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
Lubricates and cleans parts.
Maintain preventative maintenance records for machinery and equipment.

Must have the physical strength and ability to safely perform the required duties, which involve moderate to heavy physical exertion.
Must also be able to stoop, bend, twist and climb up onto the overhead cranes and other equipment while also being able to work in tight spaces.
Must be willing and able to perform assigned maintenance duties in adverse weather.

The Business Development Manager-Aluminum is a market and customer development specialist focused on the aluminum manufacturing and processing industry. Industry Development
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key players, trends, challenges, and opportunities in the aluminum industry.

Sales Strategy & Support

Job Description
Position Summary & Objective
Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts.
Set up and operating manual lathes and/or mills.
Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings and other written instructions
Analyzes design data of part to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, selection of cutting tools, and machine speeds and feed rates, according to knowledge of machine shop processes, part specifications, and machine capabilities.
Lifts and positions work piece on machine table, manually or with hoist, and secures it, using clamps, bolts, or fixtures.
Machining parts to print per specified tolerances.
Determines reference points and direction of machine cutting paths.
Computes angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures, and outlines sequence of operations required to machine part.
Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines, such as mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and shapers.
Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards, using in process inspection tools and devices.
Use of overhead cranes to set up material on machines.
Qualifications

Ability to:
demonstrate strong math aptitude;
interpret machine prints, geometric tolerancing, and dimensioning;
use a feed & speed chart or a calculator to determine appropriate feeds, speeds, and depth of cuts;
read blueprints and work from: sketches, diagrams, etc.

Assembles products according to customer's requirements. Assembles and fits components according to assembly blueprints, manuals, engineering memos, sketches, and knowledge of machine construction to construct, rebuild, and repair machines and equipment using hand tools and power tools.
Essential Functions Performed by the Position
Creates plans for the disassembly and repair per the assembly procedures, following specifications provided and using knowledge gained by experience.
Verifies conformance of parts to stock list and blueprints using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers. Inspect parts to quality standards.
Aligns components for assembly, manually or with a crane.
Removes high spots and smooths surfaces using chisels, scrapers, files, and powered hand grinder. Assemble, set up, and operates machines to verify functionality, machine capabilities, and conformance to customer's specifications.
Form, bend, and fasten piping, fixtures, and attachments required to provide the machine with air, water, and oil. May bend and install pipe for hydraulic systems.
Verifies alignment and tolerances of moving parts using measuring instruments such as dial indicators and micrometers.
Installs moving parts such as shafts, levers, or bearings, and works them to test free movement and operation of assembly by hand. Test or assist in testing operation of completed product.
Align and mesh gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears.
Mounts and connects auxiliary, mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment. Cuts and fits pipes and tubing.

Position Summary & Objective
The Regional Sales Manager - Central is responsible for selling equipment or services in the stamping, forging, steel, paper, or aluminum industries in the southern Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee region. This position will prospect and win competitive accounts, quickly expanding them into key strategic clients. Will win and expand metal, steel, aluminum forming, stamping, pressing, and forging clients. The position will sell solutions for engineering, designing, remanufacturing, and modernizing heavy equipment. Will communicate with and direct a pre-sales group of project estimators and technical support team members.
Essential Functions Performed by the Position
Maintain current clients and prospect for new customers in stamping, forging, and metal forming equipment manufacture and repair.
Develop sales forecasts and territory plans.
Act as a liaison between customers and operations.
Develop key account growth plans.
Prospect on target accounts through cold calling, trade shows, and referrals.
Monitor and report all activities in the company CRM.
Collaborate with the internal support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Work remotely within the assigned geographic sales region.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
Minimum of 10 years sales experience in the stamping and forging industries.
Experience developing relationships with engineering, director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.

Position Summary & Objective
Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts.
Set up and operating manual lathes and/or mills.
Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings and other written instructions
Analyzes design data of part to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, selection of cutting tools, and machine speeds and feed rates, according to knowledge of machine shop processes, part specifications, and machine capabilities.
Lifts and positions work piece on machine table, manually or with hoist, and secures it, using clamps, bolts, or fixtures.
Machining parts to print per specified tolerances.
Determines reference points and direction of machine cutting paths.
Computes angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures, and outlines sequence of operations required to machine part.
Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines, such as mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and shapers.
Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards, using in process inspection tools and devices.
Use of overhead cranes to set up material on machines.

Ability to:
demonstrate strong math aptitude;
interpret machine prints, geometric tolerancing, and dimensioning;
use a feed & speed chart or a calculator to determine appropriate feeds, speeds, and depth of cuts;
read blueprints and work from: sketches, diagrams, etc.
use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers
work overtime and weekends as work load dictates

The physical strength and ability to properly handle tooling and to safely set up large work pieces;
