Who You Are
As the Concurrent Enrollment Representative, you will support students in Front Range Community College (FRCC) concurrent enrollment (CE) programs to enhance student success and retention. You will collaborate with school staff to coordinate regular office hours at assigned partner high schools.
You will provide a presence for FRCC at assigned high schools and will create a college culture and experience for concurrent enrollment students. You will also travel to local area high schools and work occasional evening hours.
This position contributes to FRCC's Strategic Plan by building relationships with partner high schools and creating a strong start for concurrent enrollment students.
Please note: This is an on-campus position with an opportunity for hybrid remote work. You need to be a Colorado resident on your first day of employment.
SALARY: Low-mid $40s/annually

Primary Duties
Represent Front Range Community College concurrent enrollment programs at assigned high schools. Support high school students at partner high schools. Conduct presentations explaining FRCC concurrent enrollment opportunities to students and parents. Communicate and distribute information regarding concurrent enrollment processes. Position will spend a majority of the time at partner high schools, with regularly scheduled time in the Concurrent Enrollment office and in virtual office hours. Provide quality customer service. Collaborate with high school counselors to: Schedule in-school office hours, FRCC concurrent enrollment events, etc. Verify rosters during class/school visits. Refer high school staff questions and requests to concurrent enrollment staff members, when appropriate.
Participate in state, college-wide, and campus concurrent enrollment workgroup meetings. Required Competencies
Communication: Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally to welcome students, provide information, explain processes, and answer questions.
Presentation: Develop and facilitate clear and effective presentations to inform students, parents, and community members about programs.
Relationship Building: Develop professional and friendly relationships with students and parents, as well as faculty and staff from both FRCC and high schools.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Work effectively with students and families from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Demonstrate commitment to supporting students from underrepresented backgrounds.
Collaboration: Collaborate between students, parents, high school counselors, and FRCC resources to support students. Work closely with high school counselors to address issues and needs.
