An enrollment specialist is involved in gathering information from clients, providing advice, and determining the eligibility of the client for the program. You will also provide guidance and recommendations to applicants and prospective clients, participate in developing the admissions enrollment process, and conduct student commitment training process and positive leadership training. Your job duties also include ensuring that applications are completed correctly, processing enrollments and dis-enrollment, ensuring that all supporting materials are provided, and updating and reviewing the data and records of applicants.

A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or psychology is required for this job position. You should also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and have strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills. As an enrollment specialist, you will earn an average salary of $33,863 annually or $16.28 hourly.
