This Partner-level role is for an experienced leader who is highly driven, client-facing, and can merge consulting excellence, commercial strategy, and market leadership. The successful candidate will combine technical excellence with strong business development capabilities to accelerate growth across a group of accounts in ERM's North American power industry. Reporting to ERM's Global Power Industry Leader, this role is accountable for shaping and executing growth strategy for a subset of ERM's Power clients. The POD Director will lead sales strategy, performance, and delivery across priority accounts and services, while developing a compelling vision for client expansion and evolution. Key Responsibilities * Define and lead the POD strategy, including three-year account plans and annual growth plans for each account in the POD. * Own overall POD performance, including sales, pipeline, service diversification, revenue, margin, and relationship depth and diversification. * Analyze, and report performance metrics for disciplined and consistent POD strategy. * Lead and inspire the POD team to deliver client outcomes, deepen relationships, and expand engagement across multiple buying centers. * Actively drive two-way knowledge sharing, drive best practices and share lessons learned across the POD. * Facilitate cross-selling strategies and integrated client solutions through strong internal partnerships and senior-level client engagement. * Lead the execution of targeted sales and marketing initiatives to expand ERM's presence within existing and new buying centers. * Navigate ambiguity effectively, adapting strategies and execution plans in response to evolving market and client conditions. Position Requirements * Bachelor's or Master's degree in geology, planning, engineering, safety, science, business, or a related discipline. * Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in a consulting environment, with a strong focus on power sector clients. * Demonstrated success building and expanding senior-level relationships across the power sector. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex commercial, regulatory, and technical risks and opportunities. * Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar annual sales, including winning large, complex, and strategic engagements. * Recognized technical expertise and an established professional reputation within the marketplace. * Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required to support a regional, client-facing role. For the Partner, Power East POD Lead position, the anticipated annual base pay is $187,000 - $232,000 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible). ERM is seeking a Health and Safety/Industrial Hygiene Manager to join our growing EHS technical team in Lebanon, IN. In this role, you will provide technical assistance on health and safety compliance projects, safety oversight, risk assessments, industrial hygiene monitoring, and compliance assurance programs for clients locally, nationally, and internationally. REQUIREMENTS: · 5+ years relevant experience working in H&S regulatory compliance and industrial hygiene. · Minimum of 5 years professional experience with EHS program execution in a manufacturing environment, especially in manufacturing start-up. · Credentials, such as CIH, CSP, CHMM, PE or other relevant credentials are a plus. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills; · Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. · Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) · Experience in gathering and analyzing safety and health related data. · Ability to deliver quality deliverables in a fast pace and innovative customer environments. · Ability to travel and work at client and ERM offices, including air travel. This role offers an opportunity to work hands-on in a fast-paced operational readiness environment, supporting health, safety, and environmental compliance during startup and equipment validation activities. ERM is hiring a Lead Construction HSE Manager to provide on-site support for our key pharmaceutical client in Lebanon, IN. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading a safety team for construction activities, engaging with project and construction leaders, and ensuring health and safety compliance with applicable regulations and existing company standards. You will be present during all site activities and responsible for all health and safety activities, and the delegation of duties to other project team members. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve as the Site Lead for ERM's HSE owner's representative team, working directly with the Client's Project Leaders. * Meet with Client Project Lead monthly to review timelines, metrics, and as needed proactive adjustments * Guide implementation, and continuous improvement of the HSE management system on a pharmaceutical megaproject * Act as the primary interface between our Client's Project Leadership, EPC Project Leadership, and ERM's PMO. * Participate in Project Leadership Meetings, as the Client's HSE representative. * Provide daily direction, prioritization, and coaching to a team of HSE Managers and specialists, coordinating the Client's Safety Program. Continuously monitor and adjust team structure and resource allocation in accordance with project needs and budget constraints. * Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations, promoting accountability and collaboration within the Client HSE Team. * Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for all HSE matters, advising Client and Contractor HSE, Project Managers, and functional heads, ensuring alignment with Client and project requirements. * Lead comprehensive risk assessments for all phases of project, including constructability reviews, pre-task planning, and new process introductions. * Support root cause analyses (RCA) debriefs, and feedback sessions with multidisciplinary teams for incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions from the Owner side. Ensure lessons learned are communicated and embedded into procedures. * Anticipate emerging risks and adapt HSE program and tactics to evolving challenges in a dynamic construction environment * Support development and execution of project environmental programs, including SWPPP, SPCC, Hazardous Waste, and Air Emissions. * Regularly report HSE performance to Client and Contractor, highlighting trends, achievements, and areas for improvement. * Organize and implement an HSE audit and inspection program that encompasses all project areas, team activities, and subcontractor operations. * Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders, including Owners, Contractors, Subcontractors, Regulatory Authorities, and the Local Community. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in construction management, safety, or occupational health and safety, or a related degree preferred. * 20 years of on-site experience in construction-specific project health & safety with a minimum of 8 years of management experience. * Certification in the field: CHST, ASP, and/or CSP are preferred. * Pharmaceutical or high-tech project experience is highly desired. * Experience with mega construction project execution. * Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry and construction standards. * Strong commitment to safety, including implementing strict Health and Safety protocols. * Completed training and certifications for OSHA 30-hour construction, confined space entry training, and fall protection/prevention training preferred. * Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) * Ability to multitask, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision. * Ability to provide excellent project delivery and client service, quality on project deliverables, and organizational skills. * Ability to organize and coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
