This is a great opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist who desires exciting and challenging work to join our team! **Essential Duties / Responsibilities:** + Able to set up and operate a variety of machine tools including but not limited to milling machines, lathes, and able to align and fasten work using tooling fixtures. + Able to use & understand tool sharpeners, tool tolerances, dimensions, calibrated measurements, setup sheets, callouts, probes, feeds & speeds, and standard specs. + Able to use a variety of machinist hand tools and precision measuring instruments to make standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work. + Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). + Perform computations relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds, and speeds. + Program and edit G-Code and conversational. + Implement lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas for improvement. + Performs all manufacturing operations safely, with quality in mind, and with customer delivery expectations met. + Able to learn and perform other job functions with OJT when required. This would include but is not limited to performing program verifications, recipe verifications, rework, data collection & recording, and part processing & handling work among other duties.
