Working from home.
Little to no training, forced working off the clock to meet demands of workload, policies not reflecting truth of what actually takes place at work.
Working from home.
N/A - Hospital system I worked for outsourced our revenue cycle team to them.
Integrity in administering policies. Being honest when saying you want feedback (instead of punishing those who give it)
Lower than most, due to having to cover an extensive amount of clients and facilities.
Very well. People from all over the world, including India.
Nothing, it has been a nightmare since day one.
I was able to work remotely which keeps me more motivated and productive, no sick days needed.
It was a mess. They bit off way more than they could chew with a huge client acquisition. Tons of meetings which ate into productivity. Unrealistic expectations for deadlines. Management would shrug off all concerns with a blanket “you are valuable” speech. Was shocked at some of the attitude we got for asking questions during group functions, especially from Shannon. I couldn’t run fast enough.
Benefits were on par with what I had before.
CEO seems nice and seems he wants things to be done correctly, but I just honestly am not sure because of how things were done by out management tram. He must have been aware of the snarky and quite frankly rude and unprofessional comments the employees were getting from administration.
Think realistically. Be open to suggestions and concerns from your staff. Most of us were highly experienced and knew what worked, but were ignored. This quite frankly caused a mass exodus. You cannot claim your employees are valuable if your actions prove otherwise.
We had no interview. We were acquired from another company.
Honestly I only found out when I left that it was well below national average.
The organization did seem to try to be diverse; More so than any other organization I have worked for. How this translated to the various different departments, I cannot say.
I did not feel fulfilled. I felt like a number. I felt like I was in a sweatshop. Honestly very difficult job.
Paid holidays
They expect TOO MUCH of employees. No leeway, no forgiveness, no let-up, too many assignments, too many zoom meetings, they do not listen.
Paid holidays
Nothing
Let the LOCAL STAFF lead, because they know the employees and also because the local management knows how things WORK. Ensemble comes in and immediately changes things. Employees KNOW what to do. Don't set IMPOSSIBLE quotas.
Ok
Does Ensemble actually care? Do they even NOTICE the employees??? Ensemble is so FOCUSED on making money that every thing else is overlooked, not even cared about.
Clocking out
I was able to work during covid until I could move and get a better job.
In my opinion, everything is a con. Constant turnover, horrible management, very low pay, too high of daily expectations, too many Microsoft Teams meetings, very toxic and high schoolish.
None. I was miserable from day one.
Nothing! Push productivity, no incentives for workers, just fatter wallets for upper management.
Make it more employee centric. Listen to the workers.
I didn't, Mercy acquired our hospital and our billing dept was just transferred. The only option we got was join or find another job.
Its way below national average.
They were low key racist, and homophobic.
The only thing that brought me joy with Ensemble was clocking out for the day.
