Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain) to improve process capability and product quality. Analyze quality KPIs and initiate continuous improvement programs to reduce scrap, rework, and customer complaints. Mentor and develop a high-performing team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians. Role is on-site and not eligible for remote work. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field required; advanced degree a plus. Minimum of 10 years of progressive quality leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing. Extensive knowledge of quality standards and regulatory frameworks: AS9100, ISO 9001, Nadcap, ITAR. Experience managing audits and customer approvals (e.g., Boeing, Lockheed, Raytheon, Honeywell).
