CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Commits to Pensacola Habitat for Humanity's mission of building homes, communities, and hope. Efficiently determines if applicant meets program eligibility criteria to include income, credit, background, etc. Efficiently reviews applications to verify all information and documentation is gathered in a timely manner. Professional and politely handles a large volume of customer calls and emails. Accurately scans and saves completed, approved files. Crossed trained to assist in processing new applications. Assists with facilitating group and individual presentations for program workshops. Meets regularly with HUD Housing Counseling Clients and follows all HUD Housing Counseling Program Guidelines and Expectations.
