Pros of working at Ensono

The environment is one of openness and intellectual growth. In my 10+ years with this company I have not had one negative experience with management.

Cons of working at Ensono

I am not excited about the benifit package. Due to the nature of the business layoffs are always a concern.

What do you like best about Ensono's CEO and the leadership team?

I have no opinions above the director level but my experience to the director level has only been positive.

How would you improve Ensono's culture?

Years ago there were opportunities to win various prizes. Some were simple luch of the draw but others were incentives. I would like to see these return.

How did you prepare for the Ensono interview?

Studying the culture, mission statement and ethics. We truly are held to these standards.

How does your compensation at Ensono compare to the industry average?

I'm not sure I haven't compared

What's the diversity at Ensono like?

I have not seen any discrimination against races or lifestyles. It has been one of my favorite parts of working here.

What brings you the most joy at Ensono?

I find it very fulfilling to watch and be a part of the teamwork that takes place within this company.
