Although Entech has had growing pains over the years, everyone in the upper management team is dedicated to doing work correctly, and not cutting corners. I truly enjoy working for a company that wants it done right!
Entech is a large company but at times it is still run as a smaller shop.
Retirement! ESOP & 401K, along with company trips. Entech sends employees on trips without having them use their vacation days, how can you complain about that?
