The Role:
The Entegris site in Bedford, MA is seeking a Production senior supervisor to join the Specialty Coatings Teams on 2nd shift. This role will involve supervising operations for assembly, vacuum processing, as well as wet etch operations to accomplish manufacture and assembly of echucks and other coated products.
This is leadership role with technicians reporting from both Echucks and Specialty coatings team. Supervisor should be an enthusiastic leader, proactive communicator, and work collaboratively with cross functional team for the success of the business.
The candidate must have the ability to work in challenging situation and help the team with conflicting priorities.
In this role you will be offered training but most of the learnings comes from candidate proactively asking questions, observing the process, taking notes.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and lead a team of technicians in the Echucks and Coatings departments.
Champion safety by consistently following best practices and wearing appropriate PPE on the production floor; set the standard for team engagement in safety protocols.
Leads cross functional safety investigations and ensures timely completion of assigned safety-related tasks. Presents findings from safety investigations and corrective actions to site and company leadership.
Leads investigation into quality issues on the production floor and drives cross functional teams to resolve the issue.
Should be capable of leading 8D with minimal assistance for safety gaps and quality gaps.
Is a site champion for 6S and leads the team to implement 6S initiatives and GEMBA walks
Responsible for facilitate daily Tier meeting program on the production floor. Ensures the team is participating and discussing metrics daily to drive safety, quality, communication, and productivity. Escalates actions from shop floor tier meetings to management team where needed. Conduct regular floor walks to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Operate with a strong sense of urgency to meet production schedules while minimizing downtime, labor, and material variances-without compromising safety, quality, or ISO standards.
Collaborate closely with production planners to ensure schedule adherence and proactively address potential delays to avoid missed deliveries.
Build and develop a high-performing team by providing career development plans, constructive feedback, and corrective actions when necessary.
Mentors supervisors and team leads to build talent within the operations organization
Set the team up for success through structured training plans, leveraging subject matter experts, and addressing training gaps when issues arise.
Assess training needs for high-risk areas and communicate risks and mitigation plans to the operations manager; ensure cross-training is completed to reduce exposure.
Support broader organizational and production goals by completing miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Participate in the hiring process by identifying required skills and selecting qualified candidates for the team.
Utilize SAP for material movement and maintain discipline in system usage; use Camline systems for SPC.
Work effectively in a cleanroom environment.
Actively contribute as an operations stakeholder in process and product changes, providing feedback to Engineering and R&D for continuous improvement.
Be on call or support weekend onsite when folks are working overtime to offer support and address questions.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Production Manager and Value Stream Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the department's productivity and quality goals are met. Responsibilities
* Verify and use needed raw materials from freezer, thaw materials, and cut specific amounts to reload into machines. Obtain dies for individual jobs.
* Use tools such as calipers, verniers and other measuring devices to perform and evaluate work on basic machines to complete work orders.
* Perform assistance on multiple extruder machine setups and basic operations to prepare, process, and inspect materials for optimal quality and output. Perform routine/ basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
* Complete daily documentation and reporting metrics accurately and on time as outlined.
* Perform basic computer and material troubleshooting and communicate between departments and notify leaders and engineers of issues.
* Work cross functionally in designated areas to support business needs such as extrusion, molding, trimming, and splicing.
* Support company LEAN and High-Performance team objectives and initiatives to promote company culture through by assisting with training/ shadowing and filling out team improvement board information and/ or Starpoints.
* Sustain Safety and 5S program, use appropriate PPE for designated area, which includes work with or around chemicals.
Qualifications
* U.S. Citizenship or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status required.
* GED or High School Diploma required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Understand the business and financial goals of your customer and put together a sound account plan on why the customer should choose Danaher Diagnostics as their partner of choice.
+ Develop relationships within the C-suite of select accounts as well as key stakeholders within the different accounts attached to the Health System (i/e Committee Members, Procurement, Medical Directors etc.)
+ Build and lead the strategic YOY business plan within each Health System incorporating key value drivers for both the customer as well as Beckman Coulter which will drive YOY revenue growth and sustained partnership.

+ Partner with Delivery Operations to ensure that installation, go live and post install maintenance are successful. Course correct and escalate to executive leadership when needed.
+ Partner with Operating Company commercial leadership to ensure alignment between local teams and overall Health System. Provide indirect coaching/mentoring and leadership to commercial associates both formally and informally.
+ Commercial responsibilities include managing funnel, funnel velocity, account action plan development and execution, Executive level selling of OpCo offering, consolidating OPCO proposals, architect final solution, attending executive QBRs monitoring performance of DHR and customer, relationship development within the account (primarily at the Executive level)
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree (preferably within business or sciences), master's degree preferred.

The Position:

The Role:
Our site in Billerica is seeking a Director, Internal Audit to join our team. The Director, Internal Audit will report to the Vice President of Internal Audit and work closely with the controller's group, business unit management, finance leadership, external audit firm, and, as needed, co-sourcing firms. This position will lead audits and assist with other special projects, as needed. Along with the traditional skills of auditing, the methodology of continuous improvement will be applied to audits and other departmental projects. Emphasis is on best practices to efficiently achieve high quality audits and reviews, with identified solutions, and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Stay abreast of changes in professional standards, pronouncements, laws, guidelines, audit requirements, and best practices. Introduce those standards and practices to the company.
Assist in the risk assessment and audit planning process, and resource allocation (internal and external)
Establish and maintain the company audit methodology and procedures.
Responsible for managing multiple audit engagements simultaneously with oversight of audit scope, objectives, work plans, and costs for all audit and consulting assignments, including appropriate audit tests, identification of key controls, utilization of statistical methods, and use of survey, interview and computer-assisted audit techniques. Ensure that work is planned and completed in a cost effective and efficient manner.
Manage the testing of internal controls for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Perform advanced or complex audit assignments.
Review the various deliverables prepared by the internal staff and external consultants and provide timely and constructive feedback. Manage employees utilizing Human Resource's processes, including performance reviews and performance expectations, IDP's, work responsibilities, top grading, etc. Follow all company policies/practices.
Develop and maintain effective customer relationships. Provide guidance and counsel to departments regarding internal control aspects of policies and procedures during development.
Provide assistance to external auditors during annual or interim reviews.
Directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance to the Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct and applicable laws.
Will be responsible for interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

What We Seek:
Experience in an internal or external audit position
One certification is required: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent international certification, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
Prior experience in risk-based Operational audits with a Global company is strongly preferred
Prior experience in Controllership function with a Global company is strongly preferred
Prior experience working with an Audit Committee is preferred
Experience in using a risk-based audit approach in evaluation of and recommendation for management processes
Working knowledge and familiarity with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Strong understanding of audit process/methodology, and risk management/advisory ability
Able to analyze business processes and internal controls to formulate cost-effective measures to improve control effectiveness and efficiency
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in business, accounting, finance or related field required with a relevant Master's degree strongly preferred
CPA/CIA/CMA required
Minimum of 8 to 10 years related internal audit in industrialized products organization experience and/or training (including leading / managing experience); or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in corporate audit.
Ability to travel up to 25%
