JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Under directive supervision, with some latitude for planning or laying out of working details, must be able to do the most complicated construction and maintenance work on dead or energized transmission and underground or overhead distribution conductors, structures and equipment, and be qualified to do the following and related work as assigned:
Make all types of transformer installations; do phasing and check rotation on circuits; trace and clear grounds and opens on series circuits.
Do all classes of hot line tool work.
Reeve blocks.
Plan and lay out all work in a safe and efficient manner.
Check, handle and be responsible for all material removed from and returned to stock, and prepare reports and records.
Act in capacity of supervisor when authorized.
Direct work of assistants, instruct and train new employees.
Follow Safety Action Plan “SAP” expectations according to minimum required qualifications.
EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Learn/Know Company's safety rules, and be able to administer all approved methods of resuscitation, and be able to render practical first aid on or off the ground.
Know the location of, and be able to operate, all of the firefighting equipment. Know what kind of equipment to use on electrical, oil and other fires.
Obtain/Maintain a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
Have a thorough working knowledge of electric transmission and distribution circuits and related equipment including Switchman certification.
Have thorough knowledge of hot line tools and their application.
Be able to read and understand all wiring diagrams and blueprints as related to transmission and distribution construction and maintenance.
Fully understand and be proficient in using technology needed to perform job such as computers, tablets and associated software.
Accurately identify and record all changes to constructed jobs according to Company requirements.
PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have full use of mental and physical faculties.
Have strength and endurance adequate for arduous labor in all kinds of outdoor weather conditions.

Essential Functions of the Linemen Position:
Must be able to traverse uneven terrain (including, but not limited to, wet, muddy and/or slippery terrain, concrete or asphalt) with a full complement of tools weighing up to fifty pounds.

Job Summary/Purpose
The Supervisor, Revenue Assurance is responsible for overseeing the utilities efforts to safeguard and optimize revenue streams. Job Duties/Responsibilities
· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Revenue Assurance professionals fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Set performance goals for team, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
· Work closely with AMOC, Field Metering, billing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure revenue assurance initiatives have cross-functional support.
· Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure revenue assurance activities comply with regulations, relevant laws, and utility standards.
· Work with the AMOC and other advanced metering groups to stay current with meter technology.
· Identify areas of potential revenue leakage, such as meter inaccuracies, energy theft, and billing discrepancies, and develop targeted initiatives to address the issues.
· Interface with customers, corporate security, and law enforcement when required. Explain technical problems to customer and/or account representatives. Resolve Public Service Commission, City Counsel, and executive complaints.
· Responsible for compliance and adherence to regulatory rules and guidelines, SOX rules, and other company policies
· Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and efficiency of revenue assurance processes.
· Ability to conduct root cause analysis on accounts to effectively reduce errors and improve processes.
· Resolve escalated customer complaints that require high level review; develop ongoing strategy and effectively communicate to impacted groups.
· Improve customer satisfaction efforts through proactive communication with customers and ensure revenue is not adversely impacted due to process failures or human error.
· Lead initiatives to automate, improve, and streamline revenue assurance processes/activities leveraging technology and advanced data analytics to reduce manual intervention and enhance accuracy.
· Collaborate with specialized enterprise teams such as the AI team and M2C Data and Analytics team to utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to detect patterns of revenue loss and monitor the effectiveness of the revenue protection measures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Economics or equivalent computer or business-related degree from an accredited college or university.
Master's Degree desired.
Minimum experience required of the position
At least 10 years field experience required (operations, distribution, customer service and/or related experience).

**JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE**
Conducts fire protection engineering activities and provides oversight of the site fire protection program as the Fire Protection Program Owner. **JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Support site with expertise in fire protection engineering principles, USNRC regulations (including Appendix R to 10CFR50, Safe Shutdown), Industrial Risk Insurance requirements, NYS Uniform Code and NFPA Code/Standards.
+ Ensure physical plant and administrative changes do not adversely impact the fire protection program including the safe shutdown analysis or the Fire Probabilistic Risk Assessment.
+ Perform fire hazard analyses, including fire modeling, to assess impact of proposed plant changes or identified deviations on the fire protection program.
+ Ensure fire protection systems are maintained in accordance with requirements. Review surveillance and inspection results to ensure scope and frequency is optimized.
+ Develop and present periodic reports to peer and station management regarding the overall health of the Fire Protection Program.
+ Maintain fire protection program documents including the Design Basis Document, Safe Shutdown Analysis, Fire Hazard Analysis, and NFPA Code Conformance Review Report.
+ Review proposed plant changes to ensure conformance with NFPA Codes/Standards, USNRC regulations, NYS Uniform Code, and fire risk insurance requirements.
+ Provide oversight of the fire protection program as the Fire Protection Program Owner to ensure compliance with USNRC rules and regulations. Ensures the fire protection program is maintained such that the risk and consequences of fire is minimized.
+ Actively participate in Entergy Fleet Peer groups and industry fire protection groups to ensure lessons learned and best practices are reviewed and implemented.
+ Act as point of contact and lead for Fire Protection Program assessments and inspections.
+ Develop, plan and coordinate special projects, corrective action plans, and improvement programs to address plant problems or regulatory issues.
