We are seeking a
Manager, Customer Experience Analytics
to lead Data Engineering for our Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) team. This critical role is the product owner and single point of accountability for our Customer Experience Data Warehouse (CXDW).
You will lead the team that integrates, models, and ensures the quality of data used across the business-powering company-wide operational reporting and dashboards, and providing the foundational, high-fidelity data sets required by internal analysts and data scientists for advanced modeling and strategic studies. Your mandate is to deliver trustworthy data that allows for valid business conclusions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Execution
Lead the Data Engineering Team: Recruit, manage, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of Data Engineers, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
Delivery Management: Define technical roadmaps, manage project backlogs, and oversee sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of new data features and source integrations required by the CJA team and wider business stakeholders.
Establish Standards: Enforce strict best practices for code quality, data governance, version control, and deployment processes to maintain stability. Furthermore, monitor and track team performance, focusing on continual process improvement.
Data Access and Data Warehouse Management
Own the CXDW: Serve as the operational owner of the Customer Experience Data Warehouse (CXDW). This requires you to consider scalability, performance, and adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).
Pipeline Execution: Oversee the daily execution and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines, integrating diverse operational and behavioral data sources (e.g., CRM systems, Marketing Automation) into unified customer profiles.
Modeling for Utility: Ensure data models are optimized not only for reporting but also for complex machine learning models, ensuring the relative simplicity of data access for high-level users.
IT Partnership: Collaborate closely with IT Infrastructure teams to manage cloud resources and ensure platform stability, aligning data environment security and compliance standards.
Operational Reliability & Data Integrity
Service Delivery: Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high uptime for critical data pipelines. Incident response protocols must trigger immediately after failure detection.
Data Integrity: Establish and lead data governance and data quality monitoring programs to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all customer data flowing into the CXDW. This is crucial for reliable operational reporting.
Source Management: Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in servicing and supporting campaign data, lead management, and marketing list management across key marketing systems.
Metadata & Documentation: Mandate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data dictionaries and data lineage, essential for business transparency and regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Coordination & Strategic Input
Strategic Sourcing: Coordinate proactively with business unit stakeholders, product owners, and system owners to identify, prioritize, and integrate new data sources that enhance the depth of customer understanding.
Analysis and Optimization: Analyze marketing and sales data, including sources of unstructured data, to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization or opportunities for growth.
Reporting Foundation: Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities that detail their effectiveness and business impact, serving as the definitive SSOT.
Evaluation: Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize team performance, addressing the technical needs of the analytics group.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Effective communication with field crews, substation personnel, contractors, industrial accounts, transmission control centers, and management is essential, particularly when monitoring system conditions to anticipate and mitigate potential reliability issues. Distribution Operators undergo continual training to enhance their system knowledge and utilize simulations to practice new scenarios, broadening their expertise. They are tasked with responding to and restoring the electric distribution system to safe operating conditions before, during, and after major disturbances. This position relies heavily on extensive experience and judgment to plan and achieve objectives.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of general operating instructions, the Entergy T&D Safety Manual, and the Switching, Tagging & Clearance policy.
2. Utilize independent judgment to allocate and direct suitable personnel for incoming trouble work; prioritize outages to maximize the utilization of available resources.
3. Identify and help resolve technical, operational, and organizational challenges.

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE The primary function of this operator position will be to facilitate and coordinate switching activities with business partners for the Transmission Control Center. The Operator will play a key role in ensuring that switching orders are correctly aligned with construction sequencing for capital projects. Operator will also work closely with the grid execution partners to ensure that switching is correctly drafted and coordinated for more complicated grid projects.
Safely and effectively manage the operations of Entergy's bulk electric system from within the Transmission Control Center. Effectively interact over the phone with MISO, field crews, substation personnel, contractors, neighboring power entities and other system operations personnel while carefully monitoring system conditions to anticipate and mitigate potentially dangerous and costly system issues which might impact reliability of the bulk electric system. System operators continually train to hone their system knowledge and utilize simulation to practice new situations which broaden their expertise. Effectively respond and restore the bulk electric system to safe operating conditions before, during and after major system disturbances. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the cut-in of new construction within the Transmission Control Center (TCC) coverage area by participating in and facilitating required communications to clarify job scope, schedule/sequencing, and other needs of capital project and Grid partners.
- Demonstrate high-level understanding of general operating instructions, Entergy T&D Safety Manual, and Switching Tagging & Clearance Procedures. This individual will serve as the SME for all switching and tagging related work for the TCC.
- Effectively write, review and coordinate complex switching orders.
- This individual will sit on the TCC lead team and will assist leadership to ensure correct staffing is available to execute switching based on workload demands of the center.
- Act as the TCC liaison for implementation of new procedures, software, and other strategic projects as needed.
- Utilize appropriate analytical and technical skills to understand, communicate and resolve issues in response to a dynamic and changing work environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and technically adept Senior IT Consultant with deep expertise in Backup and Storage technologies. This role is ideal for a hands-on strategic thinker who can lead complex infrastructure projects, optimize enterprise environments, and maintain security posture.
This position will work closely with business units, internal IT teams, and strategic partners to support Entergy's evolution into a modern, agile enterprise while maintaining the reliability expected from a leading utility company. The role requires a balance of technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, hands-on engineering, a strong emphasis on automation, cloud integration, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement and optimize Commvault, NetApp, and Nutanix infrastructure solutions, including physical infrastructure, virtual infrastructure, and AWS cloud environments.
Lead Commvault deployments, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Lead NetApp deployments, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Plan and execute migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms ensuring minimal downtime and risk.
Implement security best practices across infrastructure layers, including patching, vulnerability management, and compliance with industry standards and benchmarks.
Use tools like Commvault Console, Nutanix Prism, True Sight Capacity Optimizer, and Splunk to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, lead technical workshops, and deliver high-impact solutions.
Produce detailed documentation and provide training to internal teams.
Manage and resolve IT incidents and service tasks swiftly and effectively by following ITIL processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely stakeholder communication, and contributing to continual service improvement through reporting, analysis, and adherence to best practices.
Participate in the IT change management process by submitting, reviewing, and approving change requests related to Windows servers and infrastructure components.
Act as mentor to junior engineers to ensure deliverables are met on a timely basis.
Ability to travel up to 25% required
Able to Participate in On-Call rotations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in IT consulting or systems administration with a focus on backup and storage environments
Cloud based expertise, Azure, AWS
Proven expertise in Commvault or Metallic
Proven expertise in NetApp
Strong understanding of networking, storage, and disaster recovery concepts
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Commvault certifications - Commvault Console, Commvault Command Center
NetApp certifications - NetApp Certified Professional Technology Solutions; NetApp Certified Professional Data Administrator OnTap
Experience with hybrid cloud integration (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
