Job Description:
Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of a branch location as well as the front-end sales management. Supervises the activities of branch associates including resolving escalated concerns, hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, discipline and recommending development opportunities. Provides leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with bank policies. Ensures that customer service is provided, including opening accounts, providing customers with information, and resolving client concerns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Direct supervision of day-to-day operation of the branch and associates
* Direct activities of branch associates to ensure complete and efficient customer service.
* Implement company policy pertaining to the cashing of checks and withdrawal of funds from accounts and safe deposit activities.
* Responsible for managing and maintaining compliance with branch operations, including training branch associates on changes to policy and procedure.
* Acts autonomously when making decisions and client escalations, requires guidance on more complex judgements

The VP, Senior Financial Officer (SFO) for Property & Casualty (P&C) leads a team of professionals accountable for providing strategic decision and operational finance support to the line of business or staff agency. What you will do:

Participates in identifying, measuring, and supervising material financial risks, including facilitating the development, adherence, monitoring, reporting on risk limits and risk limit utilization for the SFO function.
Facilitates and maintains a strong internal control environment within the SFO function, including information systems and preventative and detective controls, to effectively lead material risks and ensures adherence to accounting standards.
Conducts ongoing financial analysis to identify emerging trends-such as cost drivers, operational inefficiencies, or loss patterns and engages with management to develop and operationalize plans to improve financial performance or resources stewardship.
Ensures long-term financial strength by identifying and quantifying financial risks, collaborating with Treasury to advise capital planning, and ensuring financial objectives align with capital targets.
Participates in benchmarking efforts to evaluate financial or operational performance against internal or external comparators. Supports line of business or staff agency and CFO policy, standards and affiliate statement of work updates and revisions.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Minimum Experience:
10+ years of progressive related experience developing strategies, leading major initiatives and delivering results within aa sophisticated matrix environment required.
8+ years of people leadership experience in building, leading and/or developing high performing teams.
Experience leading cross functional teams and collaborating with key resources and senior level collaborators, influencing decisions, and leading work to achieve strategic goals.

What we offer: The salary range for this position is: $224,250 - $403,650.

Summary:
Primary function of this position is to process fee income, prepare various management reports and tax reporting for all clients. Analyzes, interprets and processes a wide variety of transactions and be aware of their impact to financial statements and other customer reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Sets up and maintains fee schedules. Processes department fee income and prepare various management reports.
* Handles client fee billing and invoices.
* Prepares quarterly SEC reporting of RC-T,13F and 13G.
* Monthly reconciliation of all house accounts and preparation of securities reports for management.
* Manages tax reporting of 1099 DIOB, Misc Income, 5498's, MLPs and K-1s.
* Daily processing of all miscellaneous income, fee checks, coding issues and other system adjustments/issues.
* Maintain Security vault and performs annual audit
* Backup to all jobs on trust operations team
* Maintain and process operating loss
* Responsible for Annual Unclaimed Property Escheatment
* Performs other duties as required.
