The Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Analyst understands, documents, and recommends complex solutions within Salesforce with an adept understanding of third-party system interactions. They will be able to quickly familiarize themselves with the existing configurations and automations, confidently add and modify functionality, and analyze upstream and downstream impacts. While an understanding of Apex, LWC, and integration methodologies is important, this person is not expected to write code. The Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Analyst will also leverage their knowledge of automation technologies such as RPA and AI to create comprehensive solutions that extend beyond the Salesforce platform. This is a dynamic role where they will design Salesforce applications, add-on functionality, and backward compatible enhancements to existing functionality in a highly complex org. The Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Analyst work includes both innovation and optimization initiatives that will transform the clinical and operational provision of care via telemedicine.
What you'll work on
Translate clinical and operational requirements into successful technical implementations aligned with company strategy that best leverage the Salesforce platform
Participate in technical design sessions, develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives
Analyze business processes, document requirements, and effectively present options, considerations, and solutions to stakeholders
Leverage experience with native Salesforce and third-party automation tools. Collaborate with internal resources to leverage automation tools such as RPA and AI to supplement Salesforce functionality and integrations
Work with internal and contractor resources to ensure clarity in requirements and validate the delivery of requests is aligned with their vision
Configure solutions, fields, objects, and declarative automations on Salesforce platform
Design and execute test plans to ensure quality delivery
Follow SDLC standards and participate in design reviews during projects to ensure appropriate patterns are followed
Estimate the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements and provide work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions
Provide excellent customer service to meet or exceed expectations during launch or migration
Document technical solutions and translate those solutions into consumable assets for non-technical stakeholders
Stay current with evolving Salesforce features and offerings
Contribute to technology team initiatives and assist with other relevant projects as assigned
Assist with user support tickets, work with AppExchange products, perform technical troubleshooting, perform testing and QA
Coordination with contractor resources including creation of requirements documents, technical specifications, validation of functionality built by contractor resources, and communication about required changes

What you'll bring
Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 7 years of CRM experience, minimum 9 years Salesforce platform preferred
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Preferred: Master's degree in computer science / engineering or related field
Preferred: Certified Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I, Application Architect, or Certified Salesforce Technical Architect
Salesforce platform experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and common AppExchange solutions
Hands-on administration and configuration experience using the Salesforce declarative application administration interface
Experience with RPA and AI highly preferred
Past experience in healthcare a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service
Knowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle
Ability to perform automated testing and write unit tests
Problem-solving skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally either on a team or as an individual contributor

Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and tools
