The work environment is relaxed for the most part.
The customers are very needy and you work 40 hour work weeks
My favorite perk/ benefit are the discounts employees have.
The CEO was very active within the business even to lower level employees
I would change the management because they do not train well at all
Behavioral and situational questions were asked.
In my experience, the compensation is industry average.
The representation of diverse demographics are represented but very little within my organization.
Being able to perform my job and reach my maximum potential is what gives me the most joy at work.
My cross-functional team members that I had the priviledge to work with.
The upper management lost their way and have become boastful and narcissistic. Everything that the founder was against.
Work life balance
the corporate structure of enterprise really promotes self-reliance
I was not a huge fan of the customer service aspect of enterprise. And how heavily you are judged based on customer service.
discounted rental car
Coworkers, fast paced work environment, get to drive new cars and good employee rental perks. Fantastic trainee program that gives you a mind for business and the skills that always stand out on the resume.
Hours are awful, pay subpar, antiquated reservation system that could easily be fixed will never be to "drive growth", allows people to still book same day when you have 25 preexisting reservations and 5 cars on the lot which ends up with you getting cursed out on the phone. Promotions are usually based on sales performance, so you can end up with a manager with little aptitude for fleet management or employee development but at least they can sell damage waiver ...
Employee rental program and team cohesion.
Great team, great place to start my career, truly loved my coworkers and employees. Great fun culture.
Hours were terrible. Stressful work on the management side. Too many metrics and things to be graded on and your work didn't always relate to success or your outcome.
Company Car for Branch Managers.
Love my boss and coworkers
A lot of hours. Personally worked 40-55 hrs per week
Large rental discount and company gives time off
Freedom to be you own boss.
No work life balance, working 55-60 hours a week Monday-Saturday
Work car at a management level
Pay when everything is good.
Poor management. Poor work/life balance.
There are none.
The people. Everyone is friendly and fun
The management at times wouldn't know what was going on and tell you one thing and then do another.
The rental discount
Team environment, energetic, task oriented
Repetitive, lack of purpose
healthcare, company car as manager, discounts on rentals
Opportunity for advancement and great training.
Long hours and very corporate structure
Company car when Branch manager.
The corporate culture lived out it's founding core values. I enjoyed working with my peers.
My managers were bullies.
The people you work with are amazing, they teach you a lot about management, good pay
The hours and work life balance
You get very cheap cars and commission checks
Potential to promote easily. Lots of great coworkers and managers along the way. Great entry into the world of business and great training and skill developing with marketing, sales, customer service and management training.
Hours are terrible. Senior management is really disconnected from daily operations. You're only as valuable as what your numbers say on paper.
Good healthcare benefits, company car policy.
I love my job, I work from home as a reservation agent. I love not having to worry about dress code, and not getting sick from working with people. I can control my work environment and keep it tidy. The management is great.
Sometimes, I do miss personal contact, but not most of the time.
