Jim Teague is an Ex. V.P./COO at ENTERPRISE PRODUCTS PARTNERS L.P. and is based in Houston, Texas.

Graham W. Bacon was elected as Group Senior Vice President, Operations and Environmental, Health, Safety & Training in February 2014. He previously served as a Senior Vice President, Operations from January 2012 to February 2014, as a Vice President, Operations from June 2006 to January 2012, and as a Vice President, Engineering from September 2005 to May 2006. He joined Enterprise in 1991 and has held a variety of operations and engineering roles. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Bacon worked for Vista Chemical Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.

Mr. Flynn was elected as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Enterprise GP in April 2013. He served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer from February 2005 to March 2013 and previously served as Director, Information Services from October 2004 to February 2005. Mr. Flynn joined Enterprise through the merger with GulfTerra in 2004 where he served as the Director, Application Systems. Mr. Flynn previously held positions with El Paso, PG&E, Valero, and Tesoro Petroleum and has over 30 years of information technology experience.
