I teach at USF, and hold a Ph.D. in social psychology from Harvard University.

Bill joined Hyland in 1997 as Vice President of Marketing. He became Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 2001, Chief Operating Officer in 2005, and CEO in January 2013. Prior to joining Hyland, Bill worked at FedEx Corporation and at AST Research, a personal computer manufacturer. Bill received a master’s degree in Marketing from Northwestern University and undergraduate degrees from Boston College. He was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. While he has lived elsewhere and travels extensively, he is happy and proud to call the Cleveland area home. Bill serves on the boards of John Carroll University, Business Volunteers Unlimited, and Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education.

Chris was the co-founder of ESO and has been with the company since its 2004 inception, first as Vice President of Marketing and Sales and now as President and CEO, a position he has held since 2009. He brought 13 years of EMS experience and a solid business background to ESO, having served in roles ranging from EMS manager to founder of a real estate company that bought, sold and managed properties. Chris designed the first several versions of the ESO ePCR software, and his vision continues to be the driving force behind the development of new products to meet the changing demands of the healthcare market.
