Enverus CEO and leadership

Mark is an accomplished senior executive with over 20 years experience building and managing global technical and operational organizations with a focus on total corporate growth and innovation. He has brought his technical leadership, global experience, acquisition integration, innovation and operational skills to organizations of all levels, including early stage startups, governments and Fortune 1000 companies. He has led the technology for several successful acquisitions and public offering.

Most recently, Mark was the COO for PureWRX, leading the technical effort of the business from solely services to SaaS based. Before PureWRX, Mark was the senior VP of engineering and operations for SolarWinds, where he was instrumental in leading infrastructure, engineering, global expansion and operational excellence. He earned a BS in mathematics with computer science from Trinity University.

Dave joined Enverus in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer, following eight years in the healthcare software industry, where he worked as the CFO for a public company selling software and services to hospitals and other healthcare providers. He also served as that company’s head of services and implementation as they successfully transitioned from a public to a private company in a take private transaction. Prior to that, Dave worked as a CFO and senior executive at both public and private telecommunications companies, building fiber optic networks and rolling out competitive local and long distance services to an emerging deregulated telecom industry. Dave started his career at Arthur Andersen in Chicago, graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Jimmy Fortuna is a Chief Product Officer at Enverus and is based in Austin, Texas. He has worked as Director of Product Marketing, Petroleum Division at Radiant Systems Inc.; Product Line Director at Radiant Systems Inc.; and Financial Systems Analyst, Account Manager, and Market Analyst roles at Showtime. Jimmy attended Georgia Tech between 1987 and 1991.

Matt joined Enverus in 2005, serving in various sales and leadership capacities over his 10 plus year tenure. Currently Matt serves as the chief revenue officer, where he is in charge of leading Enverus’s global sales efforts, account management and membership development. Matt has extensive experience in growing new markets and various verticals, having lead start up efforts for Enverus’s Western US and Canadian sales operations, Strategic Account Team and most recently, International Division. Matt currently serves on the board of key industry organizations and is actively involved with IPAA, Western Energy Alliance, TIPRO, YPE, SPE amongst others. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in geography from the University of Texas, Austin.

Chris Dinkler joined Enverus in 2015 as the SVP of North American Sales and has also spent time leading the Capital Markets and International business units for Enverus. In 2018, Chris was named General Manger of the Business Automation division leading the integration of various acquisitions within this business unit. Chris has built a successful career managing global teams focused on driving revenue and organizational efficiency within the energy space. Prior to Enverus, Chris held senior executive sales and services positions with P2 Energy Solutions and Oildex. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
