Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our deskside level 2 support team. In this role, you'll handle escalated issues from our Global Service Desk, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and provide hands-on assistance. Job Responsibilities:
* Lead Berwyn-based L2 initiatives, involving the L1 Global Service Desk as necessary. Participate in project teams tasked with executing changes.

* Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking issues for a range of clients.
* Provide Level 2 tech support at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, configuring systems and applications, and troubleshooting both end-user devices and environmental factors such as WiFi.
* Follow the documented escalation process for Level 3 (Solutions) or management assistance. Respond to queries in person, over the phone, by email, or via a remote desktop tool.
* Train users on new company-provided applications and assist with problem-solving for supported applications. Suggest training ideas based on interactions from resolving support requests.
* Participate in patching and upgrade testing within Intune/EUC admins and document internal procedures.
* Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and be available for night and weekend support during critical periods.
* Provide AV support for executive presentations and maintain conference room equipment. Additional or different functions may be assigned as needed.

Required Qualifications:

* Strong interpersonal, customer service skills.
* Knowledge of methodology to run computer systems and to troubleshoot computer equipment malfunctions.
* Ability to communicate problems with different technical and non-technical groups.
* Must maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Jira Service Desk experience preferred.

Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate - RIA partners closely with the Business Development Director to identify, source, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities within a defined territory. BD Associates support Business Development Directors and Consultants with lead qualification and administration, ensuring strong coordination across the sales process. Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate plays a key role in driving adoption and growth of Envestnet's Financial Wellness and Managed Account solutions through proactive inside sales engagement. This role focuses on converting leads and prospects into platform users, nurturing advisor relationships virtually, and providing high-quality sales support to accelerate revenue and account growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, managing inbound and outbound activity to generate opportunities and deepen advisor engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation & Conversion - Qualify, engage, and convert advisors to platform users through outbound calls, digital outreach, and follow-ups on marketing campaigns.
* Sales Support & Enablement - Provide consultative product guidance to advisors under $50M AUM, assisting with account setup, onboarding, and expansion of Envestnet programs (PMC, FSP, SMA, UMA, and Exchange).
* Virtual Advisor Engagement - Deliver one-on-one and group web-based product demos, education sessions, and platform training to drive adoption of Financial Wellness Solutions.
* Pipeline Management - Maintain an active sales pipeline through Salesforce, documenting all outreach, opportunity progression, and conversion outcomes.
* Cross-Team Collaboration - Partner with Regional Directors & Regional Consultants to support field sales efforts and ensure seamless follow-up on qualified leads and campaign activity.
* Campaign Execution - Execute outbound calling initiatives, targeted advisor campaigns, and follow-up sequences to drive engagement across assigned territories.
* Marketing Alignment - Coordinate with Marketing on campaign messaging, advisor communications, and event follow-up to ensure consistency and strong conversion outcomes.
* Service Liaison - Serve as the primary contact for inbound advisor inquiries via hotline and email, routing complex service issues to the appropriate internal teams.
* Sales Tools & Reporting - Leverage Salesforce, CRM dashboards, and reporting tools to track activity, measure success, and support sales forecasting.
* Compliance & Process Adherence - Ensure all outreach and advisor interactions align with Envestnet's compliance, risk, and operational standards.
* Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
* As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or advisor engagement within financial services, asset management, or fintech
* Strong understanding of fee-based advisory, managed accounts, or financial wellness solutions
* Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills via phone and WebEx
* High degree of responsiveness, organization, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
* Comfort with sales metrics, campaign management, and pipeline reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting external wholesalers or regional sales teams
* Familiarity with RIA, IBD, or enterprise advisory distribution channels
* Exposure to insurance, lending, and retirement product integration

Salary:
The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $91,000.
This position is eligible for a variable pay based on a sales incentive plan.
