Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate - RIA partners closely with the Business Development Director to identify, source, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities within a defined territory. BD Associates support Business Development Directors and Consultants with lead qualification and administration, ensuring strong coordination across the sales process. Required Qualifications:

Job Summary:
As a Financial Systems Analyst II at Envestnet, you will optimize and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM modules supporting part of the full financial lifecycle: Record to Report (R2R), Source to Pay (S2P), Contract to Cash (C2C), and Consolidation & Reconciliation or specializing in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data governance for FP&A teams. You will configure, troubleshoot, and enhance modules for general ledger, procurement, accounts payable, supplier management, order management, subscriptions, receivables, collections, travel & expense, financial close, consolidation, and reconciliation. * System Configuration & Enhancement: Perform routine configurations, customizations, and updates to workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices for ledger accounting, procurement, payment, billing, revenue recognition, and financial close.
* Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues across R2R, S2P, C2C, consolidation/reconciliation processes and/or planning, reporting (financial and management), minimizing disruptions to financial operations.
* User Support & Training: Provide day-to-day support and training to finance, FP&A, procurement, and operations teams on ERP/EPM functionalities, promoting efficient use of Oracle Fusion systems.
* Integration Assistance: Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flows between Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM modules and other systems, including client-facing platforms and third-party tools.
* Process Improvement: Analyze financial processes to identify inefficiencies, recommend enhancements, and support testing for system upgrades or new features.

Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM or similar systems, with at least 1-2 years focused on R2R, S2P, C2C, and/or consolidation,reconciliation processes, planning.
* Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP modules (GL, Procurement, AP, Order Management, Receivables, Revenue Management, Subscriptions, Collections, Supplier Management) and EPM modules (FCCCS, ARCS, EPBCS).
* Familiarity with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, Smart View, Financial Reporting Center, Reports (EPM), SQL, and integration methods (REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud).
* Strong ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with finance, procurement, other business and IT teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field

This role will focus on modeling, analytics, and data integration to support trading, structuring, and risk management decisions. The Head of Whole Loan Operations and Transaction Management will oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of loan transactions, from pre-transaction due diligence to final settlement and closure of acquisitions. Your opportunity
The Operations and Regulatory Technology Team are looking for a Product Owner to lead the Transfer Agency Technology team based in Denver. You will be responsible for the following key activities:
+ Define, deliver and take ownership of the technology strategic roadmap for our Transfer Agency business.
+ Partner with SS&C (our Third-Party Administrator) on a global scale to implement our strategic vision across all locations.
+ Drive efficiencies across the technology and business landscape
+ Lead technology teams in delivering transversal change across the organisation.
+ Identify market trends and technology changes that could benefit JHI and to present these to internal and external stakeholders
+ Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their vision and priorities, incorporating their demand into the overall product team's vision.
+ Manage cross team dependencies and risks, ensuring escalation and visibility where necessary to maintain delivery momentum.

+ Experience of working closely with Third Party Administrators, specifically SS&C, in delivering change within an Asset Management organisation.
