B Narayanan is a President and CEO at Carollo Engineers and is based in Walnut Creek, California. He studied at University of Illinois between 1988 and 1990, Indian Institute of Technology/Madras between 1984 and 1988, and University of California Berkeley between 1998 and 2003.

Brad has been with Olsson since 1996 having served as an executive team member since 2007 where he held the titles of Executive Vice President and President before being named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman in 2016. Brad has been a member of the firm’s Board of Directors since 2014 and also serves as Corporate Treasurer.Olsson is a nationally-recognized, employee owned, engineering and design firm headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, providing planning and design, engineering, environmental, technology, and field services to public agencies, private businesses and institutional clients. As CEO and Chairman, Brad is responsible for developing and communicating the company’s vision as well as defining the firm’s long range strategic plan. Brad is also responsible for evaluating growth strategies, allocating capital, communicating with shareholders, engaging the community, nurturing key client relationships, and recruiting and developing the next leaders for the firm.Prior to his executive leadership, Brad served as a senior project manager for commercial and residential development projects, directing site layout and entitlement processes for large retail shopping and lifestyle centers located in several mid-west metropolitan centers. Brad has been, and continues to be, involved with several community groups. Brad is currently serving as the Chairman of Support Nebraska, a non-profit organization responsible for organizing and hosting the annual Pinnacle Bank Championship, a Web.com professional golf tour stop in the Omaha, Nebraska area. The event benefits Teammates, a mentoring organization serving children throughout the state of Nebraska. As a resident of La Vista, Nebraska, Brad is also involved in serving the local municipality through memberships on various planning boards and committees and is a Trustee for the Business Ethics Alliance based in Omaha.

Mike Hall currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and board member for Borrego Solar. Mike was one of the original co-founders of the business, joining his brother Aaron at Borrego Solar in 2002. In 2009 he transitioned into the role of CEO, after leading the company’s sales and marketing organization for 7 years. Today Mike focuses on continuing to develop the high performing and engaging culture that has allowed Borrego to be successful over the last two decades. He is passionate about building high performing teams, leadership development, and all things related to renewable energy. Prior to joining Borrego Solar, Mike worked as a Process Engineer for Applied Materials in Santa Clara. Mike holds a MS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University California Santa Barbara.
