General Summary: The Mission Critical Quality / Commissioning Project Engineer will be responsible for providing a high level of project-specific administrative support for the onsite Quality and Commissioning Team. The QCx Project Engineer will assist the onsite QCx Manager with the control and organization of product documentation and detailed phase-by-phase tracking. Participate in required daily, weekly, and monthly meetings (i.e., daily Cx, scheduling, coordination, pre-energization, and staffing meetings). Assist in the coordination of the First Time Energization (FTE) documentation process from start to finish. Identifies potential quality issues from review of construction submittals / specifications. Analyzes upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment installation standards, checklist procedures and training. Conduct regular audits and assessments of processes, systems, and documentation to ensure adherence to quality standards. Manage all project issue logs and punch lists collaborating with all affected and / or responsible parties to mitigate and drive to closure any open issues. Audit Quality Reports documenting field discrepancies and audit findings while coordinating corrective actions. Ascertain information regarding changes to regulations that could impact Mission Critical operations. Identify and assess quality risks associated with Mission Critical operations. Manage / track certain OFCI equipment while communicating status with the construction team. Program Manager Environmental Science Salary: $60-65,000.00/year The Program Manager, Environmental Science, serves as the academic administrator and lead entrepreneur responsible for the assigned program. Under the guidance and direction of the Dean, this position performs in alignment with the College's mission and strategic direction in service to students and their success. II. Program-Specific Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for management of Hocking College's Environmental Science academic program as well as the live learning laboratories and entrepreneurial endeavors. This will be at various lab sites, including Lake Snowden recreation site. III. Position Duties and Responsibilities * ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES: o Conducts regular review of all aspects of the program in collaboration with the program's Advisory Board for continuous quality improvement. o Conducts regular review of the program to maximize accreditation opportunities. o Responsible for ensuring course fees support the sustainability of the program. o Responsible for cultivation of leads, recruitment and enrollment of students in the program. o Provide effective day-to-day management and administration of the program. o Supervise all faculty and coordinate adjunct assignments including evaluations. o Plan and oversee professional development for program faculty. o Manage course schedules, assist with faculty and student issues. o Communicate college policies and ensure they are followed. o Manage aspects of grant funding as needed. o Actively engage in Academic Affairs and Institutional activities. This includes Leisure Learning programs. o Coordinates with faculty and staff within the college regarding use of the facilities. o Ensures entrepreneurial ventures are integrated in teaching in academic classes, practicum experiences and management of facilities. o Seeks partnership in support for facility maintenance and restoration, including grants and college self-performance on projects.
