Some familiarity with Federal and State wetland and stream regulations is a plus. Responsibilities will include: * Wetland and water resource delineation and characterization. * Botanical surveys, habitat mapping, endangered species assessments. * Prepare wetland delineation and technical reports for clients/regulators. * Support environmental permitting and compliance for federal/state requirements. * Participate in multi-disciplinary environmental assessments. * Data management and analysis. * Possible wildlife surveys and ecological restoration tasks. Must be able to read and understand wiring schematics * Performs basic fabrication and welding using MIG, ARC, OXY Acetylene, Torch, grinders, and other fabricating tools * Performs preventative maintenance and BIT / DOT inspections including wet and dry PM services and repairs that need to be addressed during BIT inspection findings * Raises trucks, trailers or other equipment using hydraulic or air assisted jacks or hoists in a safe practice * Replaces worn or defective brake components including tire replacement * Diagnoses and repairs air conditioning systems. (The company provides A/C machine and test equipment) * Completes and submits all paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion * Performs other duties as assigned.
