We couple protein-focused molecular techniques with in vitro and in vivo disease models, as well as groundbreaking clinical trials, to understand how chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) signal and communicate with the endogenous immune system.
We use this information to design solid-tumor targeted CAR effector cells with improved persistence and potency, as well as the ability to amplify the antitumor immune response.
As a successful candidate, you will:· Design and lead projects focused on understanding and augmenting CAR T cell function in specific microenvironmental contexts, using canonical immune signaling and activation as a conceptual framework.

Job Description
Responsible for supporting the activities of the Environmental Team, as required by the Project, to deliver the environmental requirements under the DMCA. Responsible throughout the Project Term and under the direction of the Environmental Manager for supporting submission of all Schedule 17 deliverables.
* See Under the direction of the Environmental Manager, maintain the accuracy of the environmental submission tracker to assure appropriate planning and lead times are known and understood by the Environmental Team members.
* Support the Environmental Compliance Officer (ECO) in ensuring conformance with all of the environmental DMCA requirements.
* Support the ECO in obtaining required documentation and tracking all relevant environmental project timelines and milestones from TGP Scheduling Team.
* Communicate all environmental submission timelines with the Environment Team to ensure that DMCA deliverables are known and accurately incorporated into the Environment Team Schedule.
* Support Environmental Team members to ensure that all submissions are developed, completed fully and submitted on time as required under the DMCA.
* Co-ordinate with others on the Environment Team to support daily environmental activities.
* Coordinate and support communications with other TGP Teams, consultants, and subcontractors, to assist with the provision of all necessary environmental support to meet the construction schedule.
* Interface with the Construction Team and Environmental Inspectors to support compliance to DMCA requirements, especially as it relates to Non-Conformance, deficiencies and incidents.
* Work in conjunction with other internal departments to support compliance with reporting duties.
* Maintain all environmental documentation through the EMS software in conformance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
* Perform other related duties as required to ensure effective and efficient environmental management.
* Provide support on other environmental matters on as needed basis.
Required Skills and Competencies
* ISO 14001 Auditor certification required.
* Knowledge of TRCA, MECP, O. Reg 406, and O. Reg 347 considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities
Clean building floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, shampooing, or vacuuming. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Use ladders, dust and wash furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; clean ceilings and dust and polish light fixtures. Wash and replace blinds.
Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks.
Remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
Clean and vacuum carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment.
Gather and empty trash.
Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
Service, clean, and supply restrooms and pantries, break rooms, Café & mothers' rooms.

Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience required

Your primary role will include operation of the liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) instrumentation available in the core.
These efforts will include not only operating the instrument but also assay development, sample preparation, calibration, data analysis, data management/backup and routine maintenance/trouble shooting.
In addition, you will assist the director with the development and validation of new analytical methods for the quantitative analysis of large and small molecules in support of pharmacokinetic and biomarker investigations.
As a successful candidate, you will:Develop and apply new and established LC-MS/MS and ICP-MS analytical methods.
Perform data analysis, maintain records, report analytical results, prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sample preparation and analysis, and assist in manuscript preparation for publications.
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of problems with laboratory equipment.
Consult with core users regarding appropriateness of analytical methods and experimental design Coordinate sample collection and batch preparation together with other lab staff.
