What you will need:

Position Purpose:
Responsible for supervising a team(s) of field employees in providing services to clients that result in the safe disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Coordinates subcontractors and field personnel within the job specifications and regulatory guidelines. Provides guidance and training to all field service employees. Prepares project estimates, proposals, and assists with contract preparation.

Job Summary:
At Trileaf, an Environmental Project Manager is a team lead that is responsible for the operations and revenue goals of a small team (typically 4-5 employees), including hiring and development of staff as well as day-to-day management of clients. This full-time, salaried role is an in-office position serving Trileaf's Environmental Telecom team.
Essential Job Functions:
Hire (or assume supervision of), train, lead, and manage the activities of personnel in the Austin office
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the Austin Area of Responsibility, generally including TX, LA, MS, OK, and AR, with potential oversight of additional clients /regions as needed.
Perform semi-annual performance and salary reviews of all direct reports.
Provide weekly office status updates (including personnel, workload, and other relevant metrics).
Supervise, review, and submit NEPA, Phase I, Phase II, and other technical reports as needed, ensuring all deliverables meet internal QA/QC standards and client expectations.
Communicate scopes of work clearly and effectively, and guide clients through complex sites, offering alternatives to avoid potential barriers and ensure project efficiency.
Manage client relationships, including distributing weekly project trackers, initiating new projects, handling purchase orders and requests, assigning tasks, and monitoring project progress.
Support the development and expansion of client relationships within the designated Area of Responsibility.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:
