**Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct field investigations
+ Assist in the development of environmental review documentation
+ Assist in preparing regulatory compliance plans and reports
+ Prepare permit submittals to regulatory agencies
+ Research, compile, analyze, and interpret environmental data using Equis and other similar tools
+ Prepare sampling plans and collect field sampling data (soil, sediment, groundwater, and surface water quantity and quality)
+ Manage drilling contractors, well construction and hydrogeologic investigations
+ Assist with conducting surface water and groundwater field data acquisition and statistical analysis
+ Identify and proactively communicate opportunities to address client issues, solve problems, and improve operations
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science, Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering, or related field
+ 5+ years of experience with an environmental consulting firm
+ Demonstrated experience preparing technical reports and environmental documentation
+ Demonstrated experience in planning and leading hydrogeologic field studies
+ Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
+ GIT, EIT, or other related certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Master's of Science in hydrogeology or water resources
+ PG, PE or CPG
+ Previous experience with the following:
+ Hydrologic modeling and GIS software
+ Environmental sampling of surface water, groundwater, and soil
+ Environmental statistical analysis
+ Prior experience with geologic visualization software like Leapfrog or similar tools

Summary:
The Field HEOR team is a member of the US Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) organization. The Field HEOR Scientist works within a field matrix team to engage Access organizations and decision-makers within their assigned territory. Prepare daily diaries, reports, field sketches, post-incident closure reports of all project activity to ensure records are accurate and complete.

Job Description
The Environmental Technician consolidates, treats, stores, packs, transports and/or disposes of hazardous waste in accordance with environmentally responsible and compliant practices, policies and procedures. Maintain detailed and accurate records.
Primary Responsibilities: (Essential Functions):
Segregate and package material for transport.
Assist in maintaining inventory and storage of hazardous materials in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, practices and procedures.
Operate for trucks and other mobile equipment to move containers to and from storage and treatment areas and to load/unload trailers.
Complete required documentation accurately, timely and legibly in accordance with applicable regulations and customer policies, practices and procedures.
Perform other reasonable related task as assigned by management
Qualifications
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the workday
Ability to stand and walk over uneven surfaces for extended periods
Visual acuity to read labels and documentation; depth perception to safely drive forklifts
Ability to hear vehicle warning chimes and alarms
Ability to work outdoors in all climate conditions and indoors in non-climate-controlled conditions
Willingness and ability to wear company-issued personal protection equipment including safety glasses. hard hat, steel toed shoes, gloves, Tyverk coveralls, and respirator.

Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory compliance:
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant environmental laws, regulations, and permit requirements at the federal, state/provincial, and municipal levels.
* Ensure site operations and environmental control equipment comply with all applicable regulations and permits.
* Monitor regulatory developments and communicate potential impacts to management.
Environmental Program Management:
* Oversee programs for air quality, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous waste, regular waste, soil contamination, spill prevention, and aboveground storage tanks.
* Coordinate and support spill response and emergency environmental incidents.
* Lead odor management and reduction initiatives
* Participate in investigations of environmental incidents and support corrective actions.
Environmental Risks Register:
* Maintain and update the site's Environmental Risks Register.
* Work with management to identify, assess, and mitigate environmental risks, including risks related to soil, water, air, hazardous materials, and waste.
* Add new risks to the register when identified and ensure appropriate controls are implemented.
* Regularly review and audit the register to ensure it reflects current site conditions and regulatory requirements.
* Support risk reduction initiatives and communicate risk status to management.
Inspections and Audits:
* Perform regular inspections and audits in the plant to ensure environmental compliance.
* Document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
Project Compliance:
* Participate in Management of Change (MOC) for all projects to ensure environmental compliance.
Odor Management:
* Perform morning odor drives.
* Record and investigate odor complaints.
* Take corrective action if odors are detected and parameters are not within range.
* Maintain relationships with municipal authorities regarding odor issues.
* Work on odor reduction initiatives.
Water, Wastewater and Soil Management:
* Track freshwater and wastewater usage throughout the plant.
* Suggest and create water and wastewater saving techniques and projects.
* Schedule, monitor, and complete quarterly wastewater sampling and reporting.
* Communicate sampling results.
* Monitor and manage soil contamination risks and remediation activities.
Scrubber and Venturi System Oversight:
* Schedule cleanings and ensure inspection requirements are met.
* Maintain operational SOPs and O&M guides.
* Maintain recommended parameters for scrubber and venturi systems.
* Communicate any deviations or issues within the scrubber systems.
* Provide training on scrubber system operation.
Reporting and Documentation:
* Prepare and submit required environmental reports to government agencies and other stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, permits, and compliance activities.
Training:
* Provide environmental training to site employees
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in environmental science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental compliance (5 years preferred).
* Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance strategies.
* Experience with environmental sampling and reporting.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work in industrial environments, including at heights and in confined spaces.
