Job Description
The Professional Geologist will assist their assigned Director with leading and managing assigned resources in support of achieving the defined overall practice area/ practice division strategy, and in meeting or exceeding defined financial performance and revenue generation targets. The PG is responsible for project management, people leadership, oversight of production of work product, and appropriate levels of communication with client contacts as assigned or requested. The PG will support the success of their entire assigned practice area/practice division as the highest priority, regardless of any assigned subpractice area focus, or specific client engagement or relationship. PG's will lead and manage assigned assets in a manner that models the Company's core values and inspires and encourages goal achievement through empowerment, learning, and creativity among the team.

Operations

Responsible for managing and leading the execution of any new accounts and supporting the retaining and expansion of existing engagements to achieve sales goals
Effectively delegate assignments to assigned direct reports, instruct and monitor progress, and ensure work product is consistently high quality
Suport Director in proactive monitoring of all relevant data such as utilization, Accounts Receivable, discretionary spending, etc.
Meet or exceed defined individual average utilization goals (and incorporating consideration of individual revenue targets) as set forth by company leadership
Directly manage, mentor and develop a team of assigned direct reports in a “lead by example” manner, with emphasis on creating a team and culture that is empowered to execute
Responsible for learning business development methodology and for being proactive in supporting assigned Director with drafts of relevant work documents (reports, presentations) or client communications
Lead team of assigned staff members to establish and drive towards defined objectives and key results (OKRs).
Travel as necessary to support client, employee, and leadership needs.
Establish quality control of service delivery, maintaining an excellent reputation of quality

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical, science or engineering field (i.e.: Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, Geology, etc.) or other advanced degrees as called for in area of specialization.
Minimum of 7 years' industry experience
Professional Geologist (PG) license required
Proven track record of customer relationship management and staff management and development
Demonstrated leadership skills

Experience in providing reliable work product review for technical deliverables
Due diligence and remediation experience

Additional Information
The annualized salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000.

About the Positions
We're seeking Environmental Specialists at various levels to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs-including highways, roads, bridges, transit (including rail and bus), and airport projects delivered through both traditional and alternative methods. You will contribute to environmental planning, documentation, and permitting efforts. These dynamic roles combine both office-based and field responsibilities that could include conducting environmental and land use analyses for scoping and conceptual studies, performing wetland delineations, conducting ecological and habitat surveys, evaluating mitigation site suitability, monitoring construction and post-construction activities for compliance, preparing NEPA documentation, developing or reviewing environmental permits, etc.

Compensation Details
The salary range listed for this role is $80k-$100k/year ($40-$50/hour). Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Housekeeper at Virginia Mason, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you'll keep our patient rooms and all areas of the hospital clean and sanitized to protect everyone from potential illness or injury due to infectious diseases or other hazards.
You'll succeed in this job if you are thorough and committed to safety. Not only will you perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, or dusting, you will also use specialized equipment and techniques to further sanitize this facility.
You must learn and adhere to proper disposal techniques for biohazard materials, including bodily fluids or sharp objects. The Environmental Technician will primarily handle hazardous waste pickups, processing of hazardous waste, shipment of wastes, spill responses and pump truck operations for wastes or septic. Job Summary and Responsibilities Sign On Bonus Available! As our Environmental Services Technician, you'll keep our patient rooms and all areas of the hospital clean and sanitized. This protects everyone from potential illness or injury due to infectious diseases or other hazards.
Every day, you will perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, or dusting. You will also use specialized equipment and techniques to further sanitize our facility. This role requires you to learn and adhere to proper disposal techniques for biohazard materials, including bodily fluids or sharp objects. You may also refill soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, and other supplies, as well as deliver clean linens.

* Responsible for completing as assigned, daily occupied and discharge/transfer cleaning and disinfection of patient care areas, equipment, and other common areas.
* Performs duties while demonstrating a working knowledge of the health care cleaning and disinfecting principles and requirements. Displays safe chemical use and equipment handling for all items within the healthcare environment.
* Adheres to all organization safety, risk management and infection control guidelines and standards while promoting a culture of safety.
* Actively participates in departmental performance improvement initiatives, including but not limited to initiatives to improve patient experience and cleanliness metrics.
* Maintains cleaning cart(s), supplies, and equipment, as outlined in the Standard Work cart set up.
* Removes waste and transports to the appropriate disposal area while identifying proper waste stream handling (i.e. regulated medical, recycle, solid, and hazardous) in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
