Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and maintaining strong client relationships. Oversee subcontractors, field staff, and sampling programs. Ensure project compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Support proposal writing, scope development, and project planning efforts. Essential Skills * 5+ years of experience supporting Brownfield Clean Up Program projects and New York State Clean Up Act initiatives. * Proficiency in conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. * Strong skills in environmental compliance and remediation. * Excellent report writing, financial budgeting, and client management skills. * Experience in construction and environmental monitoring. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies such as NYSDEC and NYC OER.
