Essential Skills * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field. * NYCDEP Asbestos Investigator License (required). * 4+ years of field investigation and inspection experience. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite. * 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications * OSHA 10 certification. * Experience interacting with clients, contractors, and sub‑contractors. Work Environment * Field‑based role with projects throughout NYC, particularly supporting NYC Agency work. * Join a team of 10-15 Environmental Scientists and Inspectors, with opportunities to learn from experienced staff. * Office located in Midtown Manhattan with a collaborative, energetic culture. * Company-sponsored social activities, including outings and team events. * Any required certifications during the first week of training are provided. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $50.00/hr.
